Report showing TYPE of appointments
Would like to be able to see a list of upcoming appointments that I can sort by TYPE of appointment (for example, in my clinic, evaluations versus regular appointments versus teletherapy appointments).

Need to be able to test microphone before appointment
I keep having problems with clients microphones not being set up correctly for telehealth. I have a feeling it has to do with an audio setting for their device. They try to test their system before the appointment, which Jituzu currently allows a user to test their camera. However, it doesn't really help with testing their microphone.

Videoconferencing default
Would be great, especially during pandemic, to have an option to designate all appointments as videoconference rather than having to go into each individual appointment to do this.

For Ancore credit card processing, showing what sessions and dates of services are being charged and including the name of your practice
For every cc charge, I have to go back to myclientsplus and look for the date of service, the amount and the name of my company and write that in the window so clients know what they are paying for and to whom. its alot of extra work that is frustrating and time consuming

'CLIENT ALERT'
It would be very efficient and helpful if there were a 'Client Alert' option somewhere that if activated the alert comes up whenever and wherever (Jituzu or MCP) you click on a client's name, every time, until the subject of the alert is resolved. The alert would have a date and time stamp and the name of who initiated the alert. There would be some kind of red "A" or * or something that signifies something needs to be addressed ASAP. Instant option for the deposit of funds
Typically it takes up to 14days for deposits to hit our account. It would be great to have an instant option, even if it is at a higher fee.

Alphabetize/organize services in drop down menu
We have a number of services and they all show up in the drop down menu in the order they were entered - it's a LONG list now and would be so helpful if it were alphabetized or we could customize the order of services to organize them without deleting and re-entering everything. Please!

Delete old credit card on patient profile, either in MCP or Jituzu
It seems like the only way to remove an old credit card number is to enter a dummy session with a fake charge and then delete the credit card from the Jituzu payment screen (or do so when you are entering the new credit card). It would be more convenient if I could just go to the patient's profile on either Jituzu or MCP to add, update, and delete credit cards.

See delivered reminders
Right now, we can see pending outbound reminders. I would also like to see when reminders were sent out and if they were delivered (vs bounced back).

Viewing Past Appointment Options
When viewing "Past Appointments" for clients, it would be helpful if it also showed whether the appointment was kept, cancelled, or missed.

MOBILE APP for the calendar reminders and notifications
I would like to add a feature to delete all future appointments in case I have to. Also, before I could check on my mobile app and see if a client had cancelled and it showed in different colors, without having to click on each client. Now it does not always show it that way. Can you please make it back like it was. Thank you.

Wait List:
have the text message ask the patient after they accept the wait list appointment if they also want to keep the existing appointment. I have had complaints from patients upset that the system cancelled their current appointment.

Recurring Appts - Saving info in Notes section
When I add a recurring appointment, I would like an option to save an appointment note to all of the appointments. Currently, the note will only save to the initial appointment.
I use these notes to communicate information to my billing service.

Default to Monthly view of calendar
When opening calendar, would like to default to monthly view or at least have a choice. I never use weekly.

Ability to see multiple calendar pages, either scrolling or side by side.
Ability to see more than one month at a time. Scheduling toward end of month requires tedious flipping back and forth to avoid double booking.
Also generating mass change to appts once entered (e.g. changing time of day or duration of appt. requires going into each appt and changing, if a regular requires modification) or you have to delete all occurrences and re-enter new info.5 votes -
More time before forcing re-authentication
We'd really like to be able to increase the amount of time we have access to Jituzu before we must log back in. Sometimes it runs out while we're writing a progress note, and the program won't let us save and sign the note. When we re-authenticate we lose the work we've done!

OPTION TO MAKE EVERY APT. AUTOMATICALLY TELEHEALTH
I'd like every apt. to be automatically telehealth so my clients can choose it if they want. I now have to sit there going through every apt click click click click ..............

Client No call/No shows and late cancellations
It would be great to be able to track client no call/no shows and cancellations and therefore be able to read the notes I've put in. I don't charge for the first no call/no show or late cancellations but then on the second one I charge a small amount and on the third it goes up substantially. Also if I see they are cancelling a lot I can go in and read my notes - are they often sick, unable to get childcare, is it work related, etc. So this would make tracking all this much easier.
