Include session dates on credit card payment receipts
When I elect to email a receipt to a client for a card payment, it does not include the session date which often leads to confusion on their part because they don't know what I'm charing them for. This is true especially if I’m processing a co-pay several weeks AFTER the session due to a delay on the insurer’s part (which the client and I have no control over). Could the session date(s) be included on the receipt email?

more options for Minor Clients
It would be nice if the client is a minor and there was space to put both parent's information as well as the child's such as phone numbers and addresses

Show time-stamps in tele-therapy logs
Within the client files, show when therapists and clients logged in and out of tele-therapy sessions. That way, if the client was late, we can see that it was a timing issue as opposed to a connection issue.

Text Notification when Appointment is Scheduled in Portal
Would like the option to receive a text notification when a client schedules an appointment through the Client Portal, instead of just an inbox message.

Can telehealth sessions be repeatable?
It is time consuming to have to manually change every appointment to telehealth rather than set recurring appointments and let it stand.

Jituzu merchant payment should go directly in the MCP account
Jituzu payments in the merchant account should show up automatically on MCP account. As it stands now the biller only knows about the jituzu merchant payment if I take the extra step and add it to the account information in jituzu. It seems like an unnecessary step and if I forget to do it, the biller doesn't see that the payment was made.

Please mark clients as inactive after four months and remove them from the list that pops up.

Force the phone app to update
The phone app will not update unless you navigate away from the date and then back to it.
I originally opened the phone app around 8 or 9 am. I went back to the app at 3:30 pm to check my appointments before offering someone a few different times via text. When I got to my laptop, I saw that someone had booked one of the times (of course, the one chosen by the family I was texting) via a waitlist reminder. The fact that my phone didn't update just costed me an appointment and lost revenue, as the family…

Allow the ability to send messages and share files in videoconferencing. It would also be helpful to have a waiting area.

Tracking when we send Invoices through Jituzu
We love the new feature of sending invoices through Jituzu, however we were wondering if there is a way to implement tracking who we sent invoice to, right now we add a note and date it but it would be so much easier if we could just look at a list.

Problems between amount due on Jituzu and My Clients Plus
Need to have a to turn off the notification of outstanding balance amount due on Jituzu .
When I update a payment on MCP it does not reflect accurately on Jituzu. I have updated payment and applied to the account on a client and Jituzu is showing a large amount due and the amount does not match anything I have. Also, I echo that reaching someone by phone to resolve issues has become such a problem that I am no longer going to recommend the service until some of these issues are resolved.11 votes -
Ability to set lead time between scheduling appointment and first available appt time for client portal self scheduling
Client portal clients are logging into Jituzu late at night and scheduling early morning appointments for the following morning. And I’m not finding out about them in time. Would it be possible to require clients to notify the provider if they make an appointment for less than a specific number of hours before the appointment time, so that I would be made personally aware of last-minute changes to my schedule?

Maybe there is a way to do this but all clients have had trouble figuring out where to click to stop the telehealth session.
I would just like to see a clear button like we can see on our end to start the conference since all of my clients this week I’ve had trouble and needed to call me to ask where they click to start the telehealth session. The only thing that they can see is the calendar and the little blue video camera icon which is not clear that that’s how they start the conference. Cancellation Alert Texts for Client
If a provider needs to cancel sessions in an emergency, client reminder texts should indicate this. Is there a way to cancel sessions and have alerts notify clients? Emails and calls notwithstanding (some clients don't check them, or voice mails are full), text alerts for inclement weather or other emergencies would be a helpful feature.

scheduling multiple providers
We have @ 10 providers in the practice. There is no time efficient or easily readable way to see all the appointments for a given day for the entire practice. We really need something better to be able to efficiently move between multiple providers and to see all the appointments for the day at one time.

When can we expect a calendar makeover?
There are many excellent suggestions for improving the calendar that have been on the list for quite a while. The calendar is something I use all day every day and it has significant problems. It would be helpful if you would tell us of your plans to upgrade this important component of the Jituzu app (desktop and mobile) to a modern, efficient design.

Other EHR's I've used have a template community where you can share or just keep them available for in-house. Once you make personal edits, you can click check box and have at the ready when in any chart....TY10 votes
