I would like to be able to use a Preferred Name in Reminders
I see a lot of Transgender clients and there is not an option for their preferred name to be used for text reminders, so their legal name is sent to them, which can at times be a trigger for them. I understand the importance of their legal name being on progress notes etc due to billing purposes, but trying to figure out a way to advocate for another field to be added to the reminder system to allow for this.

Block out the whole hour instead of just the first 15 minutes. It's a visual thing for 1 hour appointments.
When therapist visit with their patients for a whole hour, we would like to see the whole hour blocked off, not just the first 15 minutes. It's a visual thing for the medical secretary and easier when looking for an appointment.

Improve Portal Access for clients
Clients are telling me they are not able to download my enrollment forms. They also go in and create duplicate accounts. The portal directions need to be clearer for the clients; and, easier to use. Clinicians need a way to see what the portal and Jituzu website looks like from the client view.

Payment received prompt
My patients who pay on their phones are frustrated that there's no payment received notification on the screen. They often hit pay multiple times because there's nothing that indicates it has gone through. Please add a pop up or something that says the payment was posted. Thank you!

More detailed reports
In Reports in Jituzu I need to be able to filter the detailed reports by therapist to better help me reconcile income (I know I can do this in MyClientsPlus but it does not account for credit card fees) for our contracted therapist.
Also, it would be much more helpful to be able to clearly see which transactions are involved in each deposit to our checking account. Sometimes there are transactions that come before a deposit that are not involved in the deposit so I'm having do calculations to determine which transactions are in which deposits so I can reconcile…

I would like to be able to invite current clients to the portal from the appointment screen in Jituzu. Currently there isn’t convenient way to invite existing current clients

Attachments
Clients are increasingly using the mobile app but it won't allow attachments. This is a real problem. Please consider adding this capability to the mobile app.

FAX
We got rid of our landline, which meant we could no longer use our FAX. Haven't found a good alternative. I'd love a FAX capability through MCP/J.

Jituzu Client Portal - Allow clients to access and print their Insurance Superbills
I would like their client to be able to access and print their Insurance Superbill from the Client Portal so they can use it to submit to insurance on their own. This would mean I would not have to mail the Insurance Superbills.

Search Feature for Calendar in App
Would like to see a search option for the calendar in the Jituzu App to search for other appointments with a client (such as finding out when they were last seen).

Mark appointment as Recurring on calendar
It is too easy to enter an appointment and forget to make it recurring. Please add an icon to recurring appointments listed in the Calendar. Outlook uses 2 arrows in a circle, for example.

I would like the screen availability time to be longer. I constantly have to go back and sign in again.

In Past appointments would like to be able see if client canceled or no-showed for that appointment.
Would like to be able to tag an appointment as canceled, canceled late, or a no show and have those tags show up in past appointments. Right now if you cancel an appointment and take it off the calendar it does not show up at all in past appointments. We have to manually make a note of it in the notes section under that patient.

Logging in after timing out
It would be helpful if I didn't have to log into the dashboard after every time the site times out. I use TherapyNotes at a different clinic. When that times out I reenter my username and password and the site opens to the page I was on before it timed out. It saves a lot of clicks over the course of the day.
