Include credits in Client Informatlon List
I am curious why the amounts for balances due display in the Client Information List, but credit amounts do not, particularly since the Total Balance figure for the page that totals at the bottom of each page includes the (undisplayed) credit amounts. It would be helpful to have this information displayed as well as back amounts due to give a quick view of individuals who may have overpaid and are due those credits.

Separate Medication Tab
Hi there,
Is it possible to add a separate medications tab perhaps next to the progress notes ( the bar that contains edit client, attach files, progress notes and account activity)? This would be such a fast way to look at the current medications and easily update. Currently, I have to scroll through my progress notes and am unsure which note I updated the medications in. But if there was one tab where you could have the date, medication list, medication changes, date of changes, prescriber and prescriber contact info, and a check box indicating if a release is on…5 votes -

Email to Patients Letting them know there is a message in their portal waiting for them.
When you send a message to a patient within the portal I would like it if Jituzu would give you the option to send a notification to the patient's email to let them know that they have a message or a document waiting for them in their portal so they don't miss something important so we don't have to take the time to send a separate email to let them know. Allowing the therapist to resend a reminder when there's an exclamation point for unanswered confirmation text.

Allow Clients the ability to edit their info
Allow clients to access their information on their portal and edit information such as insurance info, addresses, phone numbers etc. These things do change over time.

Alphabetize Inbox folders
Alphabetize folders in the drop down box that is used to file email/messages. The unalphbetized list can get long and cumbersome to search through.

Provider should be able to see their list of cancelled clients, no show and seen clients for the week.
There should be a weekly report so that the provider can see a listing of all the appointments that happened for the week and what the status of each appointment was. It would make it easier for practices who have multiple providers to report their earnings for the week.

Ability to Draft an Email to Save and Send Later
I would like to be able to draft and save an email to a Drafts folder to be sent later. Alternately, the ability to draft the email and schedule it to send at a specific time.

Appointment windows
It would be wonderful if you could select a window in which appointments could be made by clients (1 hour before/after currently scheduled clients). aka if my first appointment isnt till 1pm, but technically i could come in at 9am (which is on my jituzu calendar) then a client could schedule for a 9am appointment.... no big deal if someone is in the office all day, but many in our practice have multiple jobs. Being able to restrict clients to being able to schedule one hour before/after any currently schedule appointment would be wonderful (in this scenario noon or 2pm).…

Ability to print receipts for cash and check payments
We now have the option of printing receipts for credit card payments, but it would be nice to have that option for cash and check payments as well.

Flyer on Jituzu Services
It would be helpful to have a flyer developed that discusses what Jituzu is and what clients can do with the service. Something that could be included with invoices to clients or handed to clients directly that discusses the service, and can help interest them in using the service.

Show time zone in messaging feature
Because you have clients across the country, please either show times in the user's time zone or list the time zone used in the time-stamp.
For example, I have a message from a client that was supposedly written at 4:30-ish this afternoon. Unfortunately, I know for a fact that the message must have come in around 7 pm. Timing is important when it comes to connection issues with the teletherapy program, fees for late cancellations, etc.

Multiple profiles
Often clients will create 2 or 3 profiles if they forget their ID or password. This messes up accurate appointment tracking because each profile may have appointments recorded. It also creates multiple accounts in My Clients Plus which messes with billing and accurate balance tracking. This might be solved by allowing clients to reset their ID and/or password and perhaps sending them hints.

Client Portal Account Setup Options
Patients find it difficult to maneuver the new patient signup because the first (and only) option that is highlighted is "I know my Username and Password. It would help if all tabs were highlighted, so they would know that they can choose the one that says, "I'd like to create a New Account anyway".
