Client No call/No shows and late cancellations
It would be great to be able to track client no call/no shows and cancellations and therefore be able to read the notes I've put in. I don't charge for the first no call/no show or late cancellations but then on the second one I charge a small amount and on the third it goes up substantially. Also if I see they are cancelling a lot I can go in and read my notes - are they often sick, unable to get childcare, is it work related, etc. So this would make tracking all this much easier.

Yes I agree it would be helpful to have a simplified way to track this. I currently note cancelations on the the "client Set up" (demographic) page, in the "Client File Notes" at the bottom of the page. However when busy I do sometimes forget to take all those steps to make the note.
