  4. children of divorce

    The EHR lacks an area to enter demographics for children with more than one home due to changing family systems. An area is needed to document the contact info for multiple homes and who has what type of custody. An EHR to help organize this data would help so much!!

  7. Allow Google calendars to auto upload into Jituzu calendar.

    Allowing google to upload into Jituzu would save me so much time. I have two jobs and this makes it hard to juggle. I would only say upload from google to Jituzu, not the other way.

  8. Refund for EOB Services Not Provided

    As so many users are paying for EOB service that has not been provided since mid February 2024 - I think it would be appropriate for MCP to offer a refund for services not provided for 3.5 months as this has resulted in a significant increase in my administrative work hours trying to piece together this information. Thanks!

  10. Fix You Computer Systems

    I had to separately create a password and log into a system that is linked to MyClientsPlus, and I shouldn't have to. Get off your asses and pay for writing the damn code required to make sure that if logged into MyClientsPlus, I am automatically logged into Jituzu. Further, this is the second time I have had my time wasted having to go into my credit statement because your idiot automatic system notified me that the first attempt at billing my card did not work, billed to a card that has an almost empty balance. Cards don't always go through…

    I moved offices and have updated my profile and my URL website STILL shows a google map with the old address. I can't seem to fix it.

  12. I have a request

    The calendar times out every 45 or so minutes. Is there any way to extend the time the calendar remains active in the background on my computer. I utilize the calendar many times during the day and it inevitably has timed out. Can we fix this

  13. Multiple accounts under one email address

    We need a way to enter multiple siblings and have their names show up for use on the calendar and to be able communicate with the parent. Now only one sibling can have a connection to the portal communication system, and it makes it very confusing when you see many siblings from the same family!

  17. Please update Jituzu so clients can use attachments with smartphones/ tablets

    This is critical. All of my clients use tablets or smartphones and do not have the attachments option in order to upload their insurance info and IDs. This is not new technology and it makes the Jituzu portal almost obsolete. Please please address this problem. It is serious enough that I am having to pay for other software for HIPAA compliant file sharing available for clients using phones/tablets. It's been long enough.

  18. Need ability to set an auto-reply when out of the office

    When away from the office for a holiday or vacation we need a way to set an auto-reply letting clients know we are out of the office and what to do if their situation is urgent. Many of my clients use the messaging feature in the portal but not having a way to set an auto-reply is a major downside to this feature when I'm spending time away from work.

  19. "Whenever I'm Available in the next 7 calendar days"

    "Clients" > Client Name > "Remindrs & Portal" > Client Portal Appointment Settings: I would love an additional option that could be checked as an additional client scheduling option "When ever I am available within the next 7 days".

    Current setting options allow for a "whenever.... setting" OR restriction by day / time. I would like this as an additional option.

    My Reasoning: I have worked at institutions where the priority was the financial bottom line, to the point that clients could not get in on a regular schedule. Ignoring clients continuity of care in such a manner is unethically.…

  20. I would like to be able to enter my own times in the scheduling calendar

    It would be great to enter my own times in the scheduling calendar. Sometimes the sessions don't start on time, or they don't end on time. With the current program, I have to round up or down the time. I would like the times to accurately reflect the length of the session for insurance billing purposes.
