Checkbox in Calendar Dropdown
Is it possible to add a checkbox option in the calendar dropdown list of providers, so administrators may view the calendar of multiple, but not all, providers at once?

nicknames for credit cards
When collecting a ccard payment it would be nice to not only see the last 4 digits but a nickname; HSA, credit, debit, mom's dad's. Missed appointments and group materials are not HSA qualified, but I can't tell which card on file is which without having to look at client notes; therapy costs for some minor clients is shared between parents; again a card nickname would be helpful. A tab in Jituzu under client information for credit cards that displays last 4 digits of cards on file and allows edits of expiration dates or zip codes would be nice.

Generic pop-up notification on smart phones for any calendar changes
It would be helpful to opt getting a nondescript pop-up notification if there are any calendar/schedule changes. Granted, there is the option for an email to be sent notifying you that there is a message in the Jituzu inbox.
However, this isn't overly helpful when it doesn't imply if it is a calendar/schedule change.
This would be particularly helpful during the time of the pandemic when potential late-cancellations can happen more frequently.4 votes -
Increase gender identity options in Client Information form to include Transgender, Gender Nonbinary and Other
It's time for gender identity choices to include at least a Gender Nonbinary option, and it would be GREAT to actually include the following: Transgender, MTF, FTM, Other. Rarely is there an "Unknown" gender -- just not included or reported.

Insurance search by EDI code
It would be nice to be able to search for insurance companies by EDI code. There are SO many and the names of the company on the card might not always match whats listed. For example a recent client had All Savers insurance administered by United Health Care but the EDI code was different and it was rejected.

Additional setting for "urgent" notifications
Can you add a setting in jituzu in which we choose not to have new client registrations marked as "urgent?" I have grown to ignore the emails that say there is an "urgent" message because it is usually just a new client using the portal for the first time. Because of this, I have actually missed a few truly urgent messages from clients. Thanks!

Would like a line when creating session to enter write off amount, carry forward amount and payment amount
Hoping that in the future there is a way to enter the payment amount if any, carry forward amount and write off amount right in the create session window before generating the invoice without having to go into the payments received window after generating the invoice and entering all of that information after.

Would like the option of sending an FYI the day or even an hour before an appointment. No option for this.
No option to send an FYI the day before or even hours before an appointment. One patient told me they would like to have a reminder the morning of their appointment. He has ADHD so he forgets everything.

Make client initials an option on mobile app
Thank you for making client initials on option on the desktop. Could you do this on the mobile app as well? That is where I need it. Also, some of my clients have the same first and last initial; could you make 3 initials a default- or better yet, provide an option to enter your own code for the client? Thank you!

Alphabetize client portal folders
Every time I add a folder to the client portal messaging feature, the folder is added to the bottom of the list. Because I am sorting them by client, it would be nice if we could either arrange them as desired or have them automatically alphabetized.
In addition, I would like to be able to jump to those folders from the account page in MCP.

I need to keep certain clients from rescheduling.
When I have certain "no shows" I need to block or flag them in the system so my office staff doesn't continue to schedule appointments for them.

Staff appointments
It would be nice to for staff to have the ability to enter personal time away or their weekly schedules on the calendar. At this time, providers are the only ones able to enter in information on the calendar but if someone from the administrative staff needs to enter their time-off or daily schedule, they would have to be listed as a provider with reminder subscriptions to do so.
