Keep mobile calendar open and auto refresh.
I have the mobile calendar open throughout the day as I am doing therapy. I frequently need to update the calendar when patients ask to schedule or change an appointment.
When I go to the calendar, it is usually auto-logged out so I must go through the tedious process of logging back in. I would prefer to keep the app open, but would settle for fingerprint or 4-digit passcode login.
Even if the app is still logged in, it does not refresh. Please provide swipe-down refreshing or updating in the background.

Send warning notification when period of recurring appointment nears its end
Currently, there is no warning that tells the provider that the scheduled time period for a recurring appointment is nearing its end. Weekly appointments just quietly drop off the calendar and the provider has to hopefully catch the missing appointment. It would help to have a notification that reminds the provider to extend the recurring appointment. Of course, it would also work to simply allow recurring appointments to be scheduled without a specific end point.

Jituzu and Teletherapy needs complete overhual ....
Like many of my colleagues, I have had a crash course in delivering teletherapy, trial by fire. I converted my entire practice from an in office delivery model to only virtual online services; all in two days!. I started with Jituzu for teletherapy and over time became frustrated in the limitations of usable; browser restrictions and device related complications. I spent way too much time explaining / guiding clients through the sign on process, which in some cases needed repeating on follow up sessions.
I have done extensive research and field tested MULTIPLE platforms. I was ready to ditch MCP/Jituzu…

I would like to include the option of "No show" please.
Right now I have the option of missed appointment (charges apply) and don't have that option of only "no show" besides the "cancel" option. Thanks.

Would like marked missed or canceled appointments to be marked as such in past appointment list
Even if you mark an appointment as missed or canceled on the calendar it shows up as a regular appointment in the appointment list under past appointments. Right now we have to copy and paste all of the appointments into the notes and mark them as canceled, late canceled or no shows to keep track. It would be nice if we didn't have to take this extra step to keep track of missed appointments or no shows. The list of past appointments would just need to have an M, C or LC (late cancel) by it. Access to Intake documents
Please allow providers to access and print complete intake profiles because some information does not show up in My Clients Plus or Jituzu client profile such as past illnesses, meds, family members etc.

We'd like to be able to edit the time on recurring appointments instead of deleting all occurences and re-entering.

Attaching documents to an email through the inbox of the Jituzu app.
The Jituzu app should be able to attach documents through the app. After confirming with support, the only way a client can attach a picture or a document is using an internet browser. At this time, they can only use the app for video conferencing and emailing (with no way of adding attachments.)

When creating a session for a client would like an alert that the patient already has a balance.
When creating a session it would be nice if an alert would pop up letting us know that the patient already has a balance for past unpaid appointments so that our receptionist doesn't apply that day's payment to that day's appointment and instead applies any payment made to the past due balance first. This happens over and over again because there is nothing that states at a glance that the patient has a balance and unless you specifically click on the patient's name in the calendar, which we hardly ever do on the day of their appointment, it doesn't alert…

Reminders come from different phone numbers
Clients complain that reminders come from a different number every time, and they don't always know it's from our agency so they've cancelled by mistake. We need a message as to who it is from or at least consistency in the number it's sent from.

Change text confirmation to simpler entry
Clients have complained that the current system should be simpler to confirm an appointment. It might be easier to text a Y for yes or N for no than a number. Clients should also receive a message asking if they are sure they want to cancel when they enter that response.

Need a section where you can put BOTH parents emails and cell phone numbers in the client's account!
There needs to be a section where you can put BOTH parents names, emails and cell numbers in the client's account. Make one parent the primary parent and the 2nd parent to be contacted in case you can't get a hold of the primary parent.

Would like balance to show up next to patient name in calendar.
Would like to see patient's balance at first glance on calendar or at least a dollar sign so we know they owe money. Account activity in MCP only dates back so far at first glance unless you purposely change the date (which is a pain) so often we miss that a patient has a balance from a past appointment months ago or even a year ago. The only way we know some patients have a balance is if we go into reports and then show balances owed each day, print it out and then write it next to their name…

There should be an option for preferred pronouns
We now can list a person's preferred name. We need to be able to list preferred pronouns as well. Misgendering people is a leading trigger for suicide -- it's important that we providers get it right.

I would like to be able to send multiple reminders to clients.
I would like to be able to send multiple reminders to clients about their appointments and I would like to be able to send different FYI reminders for clients to receive a week before their session.

Billing Clients
Clients are complaining that their bill does not show detailed payments. They want to see credit card payment as well as check payments with the check number.
