'CLIENT ALERT'
It would be very efficient and helpful if there were a 'Client Alert' option somewhere that if activated the alert comes up whenever and wherever (Jituzu or MCP) you click on a client's name, every time, until the subject of the alert is resolved. The alert would have a date and time stamp and the name of who initiated the alert. There would be some kind of red "A" or * or something that signifies something needs to be addressed ASAP. The alert would stay active until the issue is resolved. To terminate the alert, an explanation of how the issue was resolved and by whom. The alert would be stored somewhere convenient
