  2. Search client by phone number

    When searching the client list in Jituzu it would be helpful to allow a search by phone number. Example of need: Client sends text without their name, a quick search by the phone number can identify which client is texting. - A call is received doesn't leave a message the number looks like a client number, searching the client list by phone number would clarify if the caller was a client; maybe a client that does need to be be checked in on given known difficult challanges.

  3. Have Preferred Name show up when searching for client on dropdown menu

    If a patient's given name is John but he prefers goes by his middle name (Matt), we should be able to have Matt show up when searching for the client. John needs to stay as his name for insurance purposes, but it would be easier to search by the name they prefer.

  4. Reminder text identified with therapist same or Jituzu name

    When clients receive a reminder text, it comes from a bunch of digits without any name associated with it. I would prefer the therapist name be identified as the sender, or at the very least, Jituzu. Clients see the text is from a random number with no name and ignore the confirmation texts.

  5. Import actual time from jituzu calendar

    If an appt time period is entered in jituzu, why is it not being imported as that same number of minutes into MCP? We really need to have this feature for billing our timed codes and for more easily running reports for payroll for hourly therapists. PLEEASE! :) Another option would be to have the therapists able to enter their own units without having access to all the $ part of it.

  6. Emergency Contact

    It would be great to have the client emergency contact information to go from the Configuration Intake directly to MCP or at least to the contact information in Jituzu. We need to be able to access that information fast in an emergency.

  9. Sending client statements

    The new feature of invoicing thru Jituzu is a great idea! However, if a client owes for multiple sessions, it would be great to send a statement with only one payment link, instead of having the client have to put in their credit card information separately for each session. Perhaps when they click on the link they could check the boxes for which sessions they choose to pay, etc. Otherwise, this would be tedious for clients, as we tend to bill for co-pay and deductible on a monthly basis.

  10. The ability to choose day and time for the waitlist appointments

    Please make it possible to choose the specific days and times for the waitlist appointments. Many of our clients can only do specific dates and times and get tired of receiving texts for all of the appointments that become available. If, like the reminder/portal tab under clients, were available for the waitlist it would be very helpful.

  11. Mac OSX Safari Support for Teleconference

    Our offices uses Apple computers, which leaves us FaceTime as an option for teleconferencing. Are there plans for making the teleconference feature work on Safari?

  14. Printed receipt for credit card payments

    Right now, all receipts are sent to the clients email. However, we have some clients who want a printed receipt. It would be nice to have the option of printing one from Jituzu rather than going into MCP, reconciling the account in order to print off a statement.

  15. Allow defaults for individual client's reduced fee or discount

    Please update Jituzu and My Clients Plus to change default service fees to an individual client's reduced fees. The reduced fee should show wherever the fee appears, such as on the client profile, on the calendar, on the client session screen. I would prefer the reduced fee to show, but it would be fine to provide a discount field on all forms.

  16. I would like to have the calendar show me how many scheduled appointments that client has left.

    If I have scheduled a client for 20 sessions, when they have 2 or three left if I knew they were ending, I could sechedule more. Now if I don’t think it up others can schedule on the portable and my original client has no appointment. Just a red number by their name in calendar would be most excellent.

  17. Would like the ability to send Super Bills to the client through MCP or Jituzu to the email address on file.

    Would like the ability to send Super Bills to the client through MCP or Jituzu to the email address on file. Right now we have to manually download the invoice, save it to the computer and then attach it in an email using our outside email account. Too many steps!

  18. Lengthen time before calendar shuts down

    Lengthen time before calendar shuts down or give us a choice in length. I am having to reload my calendar and sometimes my clients plus too to set an appointment at the end of the session with a client. When clicking between months by the arrows, it kicks me out and I have to start all over. This is new. I haven’t experienced so many kick off the calendar times as recently. Rather time consuming.

  19. Canceled appointment report

    Re box in client profile where client's past appointments are listed.....
    All scheduled appointments are there whether or not the appointment happened.
    I would like to see some sort of cancel notification for dates where a cancel occurred.

    Maybe there is another way to access the actual dates of past sessions?

  20. Message to clients on the portal

    Would like the capability to add a message to the client portal so that when they log into the portal, the message is the first thing they see or a pop up that they would have to read and then close out of it.
