Mac OSX Safari Support for Teleconference
Our offices uses Apple computers, which leaves us FaceTime as an option for teleconferencing. Are there plans for making the teleconference feature work on Safari?

Custom Intake Forms
Would like to be able to customize the Intake forms that are imported into the Jituzu Client Portal from My Clients Plus, or use my own Intake documents.

'CLIENT ALERT'
It would be very efficient and helpful if there were a 'Client Alert' option somewhere that if activated the alert comes up whenever and wherever (Jituzu or MCP) you click on a client's name, every time, until the subject of the alert is resolved. The alert would have a date and time stamp and the name of who initiated the alert. There would be some kind of red "A" or * or something that signifies something needs to be addressed ASAP. scheduling multiple providers
We have @ 10 providers in the practice. There is no time efficient or easily readable way to see all the appointments for a given day for the entire practice. We really need something better to be able to efficiently move between multiple providers and to see all the appointments for the day at one time.

Client Portal: More Control for Therapist with Client Scheduling
I would like to be able to set up specific blocks of time when clients can schedule appointments on their own. Currently, when there is an opening, clients can schedule an appointment at any 15-minute interval the time slot that is open. I don't want that to be an option for clients because it could cause scheduling confusion for me if it is not the usual time that I see clients. I would like to set up the exact time slots that clients can schedule appointments. For example, only on the hour or at 10:15am etc.

Allow us to purchase notifications at the practice level.
We have 10 providers, but run the practice as ONE business. I like the idea of text notifications but I need to be able to purchase them at the practice level both because I cannot take advantage of volume pricing and because our counselors don't do this so going in and making 10 purchases instead of one is just extra work.
Alternatively, as a partial fix you could change the pricing for groups that make aggregate purchases of a certain amounts. I am far more likely to blow 40 bucks a month on a feature I can roll out to…

Cancellation Alert Texts for Client
If a provider needs to cancel sessions in an emergency, client reminder texts should indicate this. Is there a way to cancel sessions and have alerts notify clients? Emails and calls notwithstanding (some clients don't check them, or voice mails are full), text alerts for inclement weather or other emergencies would be a helpful feature.

When can we expect a calendar makeover?
There are many excellent suggestions for improving the calendar that have been on the list for quite a while. The calendar is something I use all day every day and it has significant problems. It would be helpful if you would tell us of your plans to upgrade this important component of the Jituzu app (desktop and mobile) to a modern, efficient design.

More detailed reports
In Reports in Jituzu I need to be able to filter the detailed reports by therapist to better help me reconcile income (I know I can do this in MyClientsPlus but it does not account for credit card fees) for our contracted therapist.
Also, it would be much more helpful to be able to clearly see which transactions are involved in each deposit to our checking account. Sometimes there are transactions that come before a deposit that are not involved in the deposit so I'm having do calculations to determine which transactions are in which deposits so I can reconcile…

Other EHR's I've used have a template community where you can share or just keep them available for in-house. Once you make personal edits, you can click check box and have at the ready when in any chart....TY10 votes -

Please mark clients as inactive after four months and remove them from the list that pops up.

Access to Intake documents
Please allow providers to access and print complete intake profiles because some information does not show up in My Clients Plus or Jituzu client profile such as past illnesses, meds, family members etc.

Instant option for the deposit of funds
Typically it takes up to 14days for deposits to hit our account. It would be great to have an instant option, even if it is at a higher fee.
