  1. warn of recurring appointment conflicts

    When entering a new recurring appointment, there is no error message warning of future appointments that have already been assigned to that time slot. Instead, both conflicting appointments are allowed to occupy the same time slot. Please provide an error message.

  2. Alphabetize/organize services in drop down menu

    We have a number of services and they all show up in the drop down menu in the order they were entered - it's a LONG list now and would be so helpful if it were alphabetized or we could customize the order of services to organize them without deleting and re-entering everything. Please!

  3. Auto Accident choice on client session

    When a client is being seen due to an auto accident, I have to recheck the box at every session, as well as enter the state in which the accident occurred. It would be helpful if those fields would save from the previous session, similarly to the way the first session date and initial treatment date save over from the previous session. Once the client is done being treated for the auto accident, then it can be changed to no and will stay that way moving forward.

    We are looking for a report that will show clients last appointment date and future appointment date by provider. Not an individual report per client but for the providers to get better judgement on future dates for meetings.

  5. I would like to be able to send multiple reminders to clients.

    I would like to be able to send multiple reminders to clients about their appointments and I would like to be able to send different FYI reminders for clients to receive a week before their session.

  6. Be able to duplicate the information on a profile to another new profile for other family members.

    When I schedule for several family members, I have to re enter all the duplicate information. If the new screen would pop up with a new profile that included every thing except name, DOB, gender. *Any information that would chanè with a different family member.

  7. Jituzu End of Year Credit Card Fees Report

    End of Year Report for Credit Card processing in Jituzu. I would like to see a concise end of year report for credit card fees, for tax purposes. I learned I had to print an entire excel sheet with EVERY transaction for the year and have excel add up the fees. I also use Square and they have a 1 page end of year report with total Gross, Net, and Fees paid. It is convenient and I would like to see the same with Jituzu.

  8. remind clients that they owe money

    I would love to have a way to remind all clients that they have balance. I know they are prompted when I send it to billing but if they don't pay it right then they might forget. I can print statements in my clients plus but I would love to have a way to click a button and it sends a reminder to all clients that they owe money.

  10. Reminders come from different phone numbers

    Clients complain that reminders come from a different number every time, and they don't always know it's from our agency so they've cancelled by mistake. We need a message as to who it is from or at least consistency in the number it's sent from.

  11. Allow available openings to be displayed if marked available.

    Often times I have client sessions on the half hour and it can be a struggle to leave space open for the program to automatically find availability for new sessions. If the program could read sessions marked in the calendar as available, and it would pop up as an opening for next available, that would be so helpful!

  13. Keep mobile calendar open and auto refresh.

    I have the mobile calendar open throughout the day as I am doing therapy. I frequently need to update the calendar when patients ask to schedule or change an appointment.

    When I go to the calendar, it is usually auto-logged out so I must go through the tedious process of logging back in. I would prefer to keep the app open, but would settle for fingerprint or 4-digit passcode login.

    Even if the app is still logged in, it does not refresh. Please provide swipe-down refreshing or updating in the background.

  14. Make client initials an option on mobile app

    Thank you for making client initials on option on the desktop. Could you do this on the mobile app as well? That is where I need it. Also, some of my clients have the same first and last initial; could you make 3 initials a default- or better yet, provide an option to enter your own code for the client? Thank you!

  15. Change text confirmation to simpler entry

    Clients have complained that the current system should be simpler to confirm an appointment. It might be easier to text a Y for yes or N for no than a number. Clients should also receive a message asking if they are sure they want to cancel when they enter that response.

  16. In App, No Split Between Active and Inactive Clients

    Please make it where in the App for Jituzu, it lists only Active Clients instead of all the clients. We have over 1500 clients in our list, and when you need to scroll down to SMITH (for example) it takes a long time. It would be much easier if we could only scroll thru the Active clients.

  19. Would like the option of sending an FYI the day or even an hour before an appointment. No option for this.

    No option to send an FYI the day before or even hours before an appointment. One patient told me they would like to have a reminder the morning of their appointment. He has ADHD so he forgets everything.

  20. Mulitple Providers

    For a multi provider schedule would be easier to see, if you had a each provider listed per line instead of seeing each day of the week see each provider for that day and if you needed another day select on day on calander and would bring up the day and not the week
