Text Notification when Appointment is Scheduled in Portal
Would like the option to receive a text notification when a client schedules an appointment through the Client Portal, instead of just an inbox message.

Method of choosing practice location
For providers who practice at multiple locations, it would be nice to be able to choose a practice location for the day, instead of having to go back into the specifics of each patient visit to make sure that the right practice location is designated. Perhaps choosing the practice location could be set up as an option just like choosing the calendar date?

Multiple Reminder Phone Numbers
It would really be helpful to be able to enter two reminder phones per client as we have quite a few two household families and the responsibility for who will bring child can alternate between parents, or even a nanny.

Provide option to collapse appointment times to 30-minute or hourly time increments to make the entire calendar visible without scrolling. For an example of this, see Microsoft Outlook.

It appears that Jitzuzu is no longer workable, since it errors out after every charge. When will this be fixed?
Fix Jitzuzu so it does not error out.It is VERY frustrating!

Delete old credit card on patient profile, either in MCP or Jituzu
It seems like the only way to remove an old credit card number is to enter a dummy session with a fake charge and then delete the credit card from the Jituzu payment screen (or do so when you are entering the new credit card). It would be more convenient if I could just go to the patient's profile on either Jituzu or MCP to add, update, and delete credit cards.

Have group reminder texts choice as a selection under reminders.
This would help that a group text is sent out to all numbers I put in for a reminder. This would need to be a choice allowed or selected but then you can put in the parents (all) and child's numbers. So all who need the reminder get it.

See delivered reminders
Right now, we can see pending outbound reminders. I would also like to see when reminders were sent out and if they were delivered (vs bounced back).

I would like to have the calendar show me how many scheduled appointments that client has left.
If I have scheduled a client for 20 sessions, when they have 2 or three left if I knew they were ending, I could sechedule more. Now if I don’t think it up others can schedule on the portable and my original client has no appointment. Just a red number by their name in calendar would be most excellent.

Ability to choose multiple providers in calendar drop down
We have 9 providers in our practice. A number of times we need to coordinate scheduled appointments with multiple family members with multiple providers. We need the ability to choose 2 or more providers to load into the calendar to better see to coordinate appointments. If there were check boxes in the drop down beside each provider that you could choose which providers to see in the calendar that would help greatly.

Option to NOT store cc for later use.
When entering in a credit card for a client there is no option to NOT store a credit card through the new merchant. I would like to be able to enter a client credit card and select to not store, so I don't have to delete it later.

Show time zone in messaging feature
Because you have clients across the country, please either show times in the user's time zone or list the time zone used in the time-stamp.
For example, I have a message from a client that was supposedly written at 4:30-ish this afternoon. Unfortunately, I know for a fact that the message must have come in around 7 pm. Timing is important when it comes to connection issues with the teletherapy program, fees for late cancellations, etc.

Search Feature for Calendar in App
Would like to see a search option for the calendar in the Jituzu App to search for other appointments with a client (such as finding out when they were last seen).

Mark appointment as Recurring on calendar
It is too easy to enter an appointment and forget to make it recurring. Please add an icon to recurring appointments listed in the Calendar. Outlook uses 2 arrows in a circle, for example.

Multiple profiles
Often clients will create 2 or 3 profiles if they forget their ID or password. This messes up accurate appointment tracking because each profile may have appointments recorded. It also creates multiple accounts in My Clients Plus which messes with billing and accurate balance tracking. This might be solved by allowing clients to reset their ID and/or password and perhaps sending them hints.

Editing recurring appointment times
We'd like to be able to edit the time on recurring appointments instead of deleting all occurences and re-entering.
