  1. Show time-stamps in tele-therapy logs

    Within the client files, show when therapists and clients logged in and out of tele-therapy sessions. That way, if the client was late, we can see that it was a timing issue as opposed to a connection issue.

  2. I would like to include the option of "No show" please.

    Right now I have the option of missed appointment (charges apply) and don't have that option of only "no show" besides the "cancel" option. Thanks.

  5. Problems between amount due on Jituzu and My Clients Plus

    Need to have a to turn off the notification of outstanding balance amount due on Jituzu .

    When I update a payment on MCP it does not reflect accurately on Jituzu. I have updated payment and applied to the account on a client and Jituzu is showing a large amount due and the amount does not match anything I have. Also, I echo that reaching someone by phone to resolve issues has become such a problem that I am no longer going to recommend the service until some of these issues are resolved.

  7. Voicemail

    We have been getting a lot of clients saying they are not getting a voicemail for their reminder calls. We have found if the client has a long message before the beep, it does not record. If the person has a very brief message, they get part of the message. Is there a way to have the reminder call start after the beep?

  8. Alphabetize client portal folders

    Every time I add a folder to the client portal messaging feature, the folder is added to the bottom of the list. Because I am sorting them by client, it would be nice if we could either arrange them as desired or have them automatically alphabetized.

    In addition, I would like to be able to jump to those folders from the account page in MCP.

  9. Jituzu Client Portal - Allow clients to access and print their Insurance Superbills

    I would like their client to be able to access and print their Insurance Superbill from the Client Portal so they can use it to submit to insurance on their own. This would mean I would not have to mail the Insurance Superbills.

  11. My feed back is that it has too many gliches

    We wont let me add mulitple to a group time slots for one and half hour block but will the second hour. It will not allow to make members in the first block recurrent but will the second group block . This makes the program of limited utility and I will probably stop using it.

  13. Show Services in Data Download for Jituzu

    When you request a data download in Jituzu from under the My Account link, the data file does not include all of the appointment data. We would like for it to include the service that's selected for the appointment.

  14. Availability Option

    when selecting appointment from Availability, have it go the appointment so you can enter all the client information. The way it works now is you select appointment and it stays on the availability screen. then you have to find the appt you just made to enter information. too cumbersome.

  15. I need to keep certain clients from rescheduling.

    When I have certain "no shows" I need to block or flag them in the system so my office staff doesn't continue to schedule appointments for them.

  16. Email Groups

    As office manager of a group practice, I often email to the same group of people (administrative staff). It would be a nice feature to be able to create groups for email purposes. Now I have to check them individually and ensure that I don't miss anybody (we have 30 people in our practice). Thanks!

  17. Printed receipt for credit card payments

    Right now, all receipts are sent to the clients email. However, we have some clients who want a printed receipt. It would be nice to have the option of printing one from Jituzu rather than going into MCP, reconciling the account in order to print off a statement.

  18. Allow defaults for individual client's reduced fee or discount

    Please update Jituzu and My Clients Plus to change default service fees to an individual client's reduced fees. The reduced fee should show wherever the fee appears, such as on the client profile, on the calendar, on the client session screen. I would prefer the reduced fee to show, but it would be fine to provide a discount field on all forms.

  19. Staff appointments

    It would be nice to for staff to have the ability to enter personal time away or their weekly schedules on the calendar. At this time, providers are the only ones able to enter in information on the calendar but if someone from the administrative staff needs to enter their time-off or daily schedule, they would have to be listed as a provider with reminder subscriptions to do so.
