Calendar entry is set on month rather than week
When we click onto the calendar function it opens to the month rather than the week. That way clients can be seen without havine to scroll to get a picture of the day or the flow of the week.

Record payment from Jituzu to MCP
It would be helpful if a payment is processed in Jituzu, it can be recorded on the clients account in MCP as well. That way, the account balance would be accurate in both systems once the reconciliation process happens.

allow to mark an appointment as video when you make the appoinment
I would like to be able to mark the appointment as a telehealth appointment when making the appointment. right now I have to go back into the appointment to mark it as video. when i forget to do that , the client cannot enter the video because i didn't mark it

I accidentally canceled a client appointment.
It would be great if we could reverse a mistakenly canceled or deleted client appointment. I can't even find who I deleted.

I would like the ability to verify whether an email was opened/received and to recall or revoke an email once sent.

Additional setting for "urgent" notifications
Can you add a setting in jituzu in which we choose not to have new client registrations marked as "urgent?" I have grown to ignore the emails that say there is an "urgent" message because it is usually just a new client using the portal for the first time. Because of this, I have actually missed a few truly urgent messages from clients. Thanks!

Payment received prompt
My patients who pay on their phones are frustrated that there's no payment received notification on the screen. They often hit pay multiple times because there's nothing that indicates it has gone through. Please add a pop up or something that says the payment was posted. Thank you!

Would like balance to show up next to patient name in calendar.
Would like to see patient's balance at first glance on calendar or at least a dollar sign so we know they owe money. Account activity in MCP only dates back so far at first glance unless you purposely change the date (which is a pain) so often we miss that a patient has a balance from a past appointment months ago or even a year ago. The only way we know some patients have a balance is if we go into reports and then show balances owed each day, print it out and then write it next to their name…

Ability to print receipts for cash and check payments
We now have the option of printing receipts for credit card payments, but it would be nice to have that option for cash and check payments as well.

more options for Minor Clients
It would be nice if the client is a minor and there was space to put both parent's information as well as the child's such as phone numbers and addresses

Would like a line when creating session to enter write off amount, carry forward amount and payment amount
Hoping that in the future there is a way to enter the payment amount if any, carry forward amount and write off amount right in the create session window before generating the invoice without having to go into the payments received window after generating the invoice and entering all of that information after.

Client Waiting List for New Clients
I would like to have a waiting list for new clients. For this waiting list, I would like for the list to be prioritized by date of contact. I would also like to have a place to enter their phone number and email address and a place for notes so that I can jot down a summary of the conversation.

Client Portal: Approval of Scheduled Appointments
I want to make sure that I receive a notification when a client schedules an appointment and that I am required to approve it before it is added to the schedule. I would like to receive a text and email reminder to approve the appointment times. I would also like the client to receive notification that they have submitted a request for an appointment but that it has to be approved by me before it has been officially scheduled. Once I approve the appointment, I would like the client to receive a message stating that the appointment has been approved.

Add the client set up note to the app
Since everything is on the go right now, we would like to be able to see the client set up note in the app as well. That is where we list emergency contacts.

Flyer on Jituzu Services
It would be helpful to have a flyer developed that discusses what Jituzu is and what clients can do with the service. Something that could be included with invoices to clients or handed to clients directly that discusses the service, and can help interest them in using the service.
