  1. Showing Payor IDs Between "$" and "Calendar" when using "Active Clients List".

    It would speed up posting payor payments if primary and secondary payor's "IDs" were shown between the "$" sign and the word "Calendar" when showing the client's name in the "Active Client's List". It would be useful and save time in other situations as well.

  4. Delete All Occurrences should be Delete Unlocked Occurrences

    Please make it clear what is being deleted. This button only deletes unlocked occurrences (today and future recurring appointments) but nothing from the past. This is very different from Outlook, so that makes it even more important that you label the button correctly.

  5. Ability to make a global 'change all' feature in Calendar

    When making changes, have the option to make a "change all" feature as an option. We have 'delete all occurrences' but no change all as an option. Also, a search across all clinicians to see if a client exists.

  6. Client Portal Account Setup Options

    Patients find it difficult to maneuver the new patient signup because the first (and only) option that is highlighted is "I know my Username and Password. It would help if all tabs were highlighted, so they would know that they can choose the one that says, "I'd like to create a New Account anyway".

  7. MOBILE APP for the calendar reminders and notifications

    I would like to add a feature to delete all future appointments in case I have to. Also, before I could check on my mobile app and see if a client had cancelled and it showed in different colors, without having to click on each client. Now it does not always show it that way. Can you please make it back like it was. Thank you.

  9. Larger messaging window!!

    When creating a NEW message, the window you type the message in is nice and big.

    When responding to an existing thread, you can only see about 2-3 lines of text at a time. The window is not expandable and it becomes VERY FRUSTRATING to write a complete an thoughtful message.

  11. getting lost in the wrong week on the calendar

    It is easy to get lost in the wrong week on the calendar for two reasons. 1) Today's Date is only highlighted at the very top of the page. 2) There are so many appointment times due to the 15-minute increments that the highlighting is not visible when you scroll down to later in the day.

    Suggestions: 1) Highlight the entire day including all the appointment times with a background color. 2) Give options to collapse the appointment times to hourly or choose hourly increments so we can see the entire day's appointments without scrolling. This would also solve the…

  12. Force the phone app to update

    The phone app will not update unless you navigate away from the date and then back to it.

    I originally opened the phone app around 8 or 9 am. I went back to the app at 3:30 pm to check my appointments before offering someone a few different times via text. When I got to my laptop, I saw that someone had booked one of the times (of course, the one chosen by the family I was texting) via a waitlist reminder.   14. Online scheduling without the portal

    I want the ability to use online scheduling without using the portal. I have non clients (like interns, colleague consults etc) that want to be able to schedule and the portal isn't a good fit for most of them.

    Addiitonally I have no need for the website (already have one) or the billing part of the portal (actually my billing is a mess and I would never want to involve them!) It would be great if the interface were simpler, not requiring complicated registration and anyone I want can use for scheduling or web conferencing.

  16. Ability to set lead time between scheduling appointment and first available appt time for client portal self scheduling

    Client portal clients are logging into Jituzu late at night and scheduling early morning appointments for the following morning. And I’m not finding out about them in time. Would it be possible to require clients to notify the provider if they make an appointment for less than a specific number of hours before the appointment time, so that I would be made personally aware of last-minute changes to my schedule?

  17. I would like to be able to use a Preferred Name in Reminders

    I see a lot of Transgender clients and there is not an option for their preferred name to be used for text reminders, so their legal name is sent to them, which can at times be a trigger for them. I understand the importance of their legal name being on progress notes etc due to billing purposes, but trying to figure out a way to advocate for another field to be added to the reminder system to allow for this.

  18. Wait List:

    have the text message ask the patient after they accept the wait list appointment if they also want to keep the existing appointment. I have had complaints from patients upset that the system cancelled their current appointment.

  19. Clients set own start and end time for appointments

    Please allow clients to view all available times and then to set a start and end time for their appointments. I do a lot of work where clients might need 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Having them be stuck with only one default appointment length is problematic. Thanks!

  20. Turn off reminders completely

    Right now it is only possible to pause reminders. When entering a new appointment, the Send Reminder box is checked by default. That leaves question marks on the calendar and constant error messages if a phone number is not entered for reminders. Please allow for reminders to completely turned off with the Send Reminder box unchecked.
