  1. Sending client statements

    The new feature of invoicing thru Jituzu is a great idea! However, if a client owes for multiple sessions, it would be great to send a statement with only one payment link, instead of having the client have to put in their credit card information separately for each session. Perhaps when they click on the link they could check the boxes for which sessions they choose to pay, etc. Otherwise, this would be tedious for clients, as we tend to bill for co-pay and deductible on a monthly basis.

  2. Do you have a list of good cameras that are compatible.

    Does anyone have any success with ad on cameras?

    I also have problems with buffering or a delay in transmission. I have 3 offices and each has a different carrier. At&T and Vissat are poor and Charter is very good. Any Ideas on how to reduce distortions?

  3. Pre-populate appt type in Jituzu like MCP

    Pre-populate appointment type in Jituzu like it does in MCP. I have couples come in that can only be billed for individual and often forget at the time of scheduling and end up re-billing after the session is rejected. It would be nice if when scheduling on the Jituzu calendar to have the appointment type pre-with the previously used appointment type; like it does in MCP.

  4. Would love a feature that adds an automatic entry to the calendar for each client's BIRTHDAY

    I would like to be able to draft and save an email to a Drafts folder to be sent later. Alternately, the ability to draft the email and schedule it to send at a specific time.

  9. The ability to choose day and time for the waitlist appointments

    Please make it possible to choose the specific days and times for the waitlist appointments. Many of our clients can only do specific dates and times and get tired of receiving texts for all of the appointments that become available. If, like the reminder/portal tab under clients, were available for the waitlist it would be very helpful.

  10. For Ancore credit card processing, showing what sessions and dates of services are being charged and including the name of your practice

    For every cc charge, I have to go back to myclientsplus and look for the date of service, the amount and the name of my company and write that in the window so clients know what they are paying for and to whom. its alot of extra work that is frustrating and time consuming

  13. Privileges

    I would like to set additional privileges in Jituzu for providers of a group practice as I can in MCP. For instance, I do not want providers in a group be able to alter any client demographics in Jituzu. Thank you.

  14. Appointment windows

    It would be wonderful if you could select a window in which appointments could be made by clients (1 hour before/after currently scheduled clients). aka if my first appointment isnt till 1pm, but technically i could come in at 9am (which is on my jituzu calendar) then a client could schedule for a 9am appointment.... no big deal if someone is in the office all day, but many in our practice have multiple jobs. Being able to restrict clients to being able to schedule one hour before/after any currently schedule appointment would be wonderful (in this scenario noon or 2pm).…

  15. Need a section where you can put BOTH parents emails and cell phone numbers in the client's account!

    There needs to be a section where you can put BOTH parents names, emails and cell numbers in the client's account. Make one parent the primary parent and the 2nd parent to be contacted in case you can't get a hold of the primary parent.

  16. Include Comments on printed Day View

    On the Calendar view, you can choose to View Day to see all appointments for the day. When viewing on screen you can see the first line of Comments from the Client record and therefore see the amount of any copay. This info is NOT included when the Day View is printed. I use the printed list to be sure to collect copays. Can that info be included on the printed report?

  17. Confirmations of upgrades and downgrades to services

    When you go into your account to upgrade or downgrade features it would be nice to get an email confirmation confirming the changes made to your account. That way if there is ever a billing error one can easily pull up the date and changes that were made.

  19. Improve Portal Access for clients

    Clients are telling me they are not able to download my enrollment forms. They also go in and create duplicate accounts. The portal directions need to be clearer for the clients; and, easier to use. Clinicians need a way to see what the portal and Jituzu website looks like from the client view.

  20. Recurring Appointments

    Have a lot of clients that come every 4 weeks. Would love option to choose number of weeks client is to return on recurring appointments. Currently setting for every other week then going back and deleting in between appointment.
