Would like to see patient's balance at first glance on calendar or at least a dollar sign so we know they owe money. Account activity in MCP only dates back so far at first glance unless you purposely change the date (which is a pain) so often we miss that a patient has a balance from a past appointment months ago or even a year ago. The only way we know some patients have a balance is if we go into reports and then show balances owed each day, print it out and then write it next to their name on the schedule. If their balance, a big dollar sign or their name highlighted in red or green could show up on the calendar to alert us that they have a balance, that would be very nice.
