When creating a session for a client would like an alert that the patient already has a balance.
When creating a session it would be nice if an alert would pop up letting us know that the patient already has a balance for past unpaid appointments so that our receptionist doesn't apply that day's payment to that day's appointment and instead applies any payment made to the past due balance first. This happens over and over again because there is nothing that states at a glance that the patient has a balance and unless you specifically click on the patient's name in the calendar, which we hardly ever do on the day of their appointment, it doesn't alert us.
