Change text confirmation to simpler entry
Clients have complained that the current system should be simpler to confirm an appointment. It might be easier to text a Y for yes or N for no than a number. Clients should also receive a message asking if they are sure they want to cancel when they enter that response.

I like the idea of a simpler response, but I don't like them having to enter a response twice. It would be easier to type "yes" or "no"... going through more than one letter will be confirmation enough that they intended to type what they did.
It is simply too easy to send off one text before putting your phone down and walking away. When this happened with a client, I got absolutely no notification from Jituzu, but could not penalize the client for what I considered to be a "no-show".
