  1. Tracking when we send Invoices through Jituzu

    We love the new feature of sending invoices through Jituzu, however we were wondering if there is a way to implement tracking who we sent invoice to, right now we add a note and date it but it would be so much easier if we could just look at a list.

  3. For scheduling conflict pop-up, identify day and time of conflict(s)

    I appreciate that Jituzu now notifies me of a scheduling conflict with the pop-up: "This appointment time conflicts with other appointments that have already been scheduled. Click "OK" to save, "Cancel" to go back." However, I need it to identify the day/time of the conflict(s) so that I can rearrange them. While it's easy to visually see double-bookings in the month view of the calendar, I do not have the time to go through EACH month in my calendar, to find the double-bookings. For instance, if I schedule to see Joe Smith on Monday 10/1/20 at 9 AM and then…

  4. Can you have an insert button to add service codes before and/or after each code so as to keep the integrity of the information intact?

    If I have to add a code in between, it messes up all of the coding and coloring on the calendar. For example, if I have the following codes: 90791, 90832, 90837. Then, I want to add 90834, but I want it numerically correct, I have to add a service at the bottom, move 90837 down and put 90834 in it's place. So, I change it to: 90791, 90832, 90834, 90837. When I do that and go to the calendar, all of the 90837s are now coded as 90834. The spots are hard coded.

  5. allow updating of credit card expiration date

    When a client's credit card expiration date changes, I can't just update that date on the existing card. I have to enter a new credit card. There is no way to see the information on the existing credit card, so I must contact the client to re-enter all the information about that card.

    Alphabetize folders in the drop down box that is used to file email/messages. The unalphbetized list can get long and cumbersome to search through.

  7. add 50 minutes to the default appointment length dropdown

    Traditionally, therapists schedule 50-minute appointments, leaving 10 minutes for a break. Strangely, this option is not available when selecting default appointment length.

  8. CPT codes needing modifiers

    When entering Billing Codes into the system, some CPT codes always use a modifier (i.e. 97112-52 in our office). It would be helpful to be able to pre-set the modifier in the system to avoid having to go back in after saving the session to add in the modifiers.

  9. User has used based EHRs with the ability to click on calendar into the notes directly

    Provider wants to be able to go directly from the calendar into notes instead of back and forth from JTZ to MCP. He wants the ability of direct access from JTZ into the notes.

  10. Provide workflow capability to allow passing of all types of notes from person to person for signature/attention.

    I would like to be able to complete documents for a client (assessment, treatment plan, progress notes etc) and then indicate to my supervisor that they are ready for review and signing. Similarly, when they have been signed, my supervisor could indicate that she is done so I know the documents are ready for my signature. At this point, my supervisor may review documents without knowing that I am not done with them. Also, I have to keep checking to see if they are ready for my signature.

  11. Insurance search by EDI code

    It would be nice to be able to search for insurance companies by EDI code. There are SO many and the names of the company on the card might not always match whats listed. For example a recent client had All Savers insurance administered by United Health Care but the EDI code was different and it was rejected.

  13. Our clients are missing the "OK" button after hitting the "Complete Form" button thinking they have submitted the form.

    Please remove the "OK" pop-up button and just have "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the form. Your forms! Please?

  14. Default videoconferencing option

    During the Covid pandemic all my appointments are done via videoconferencing. I would like to be able, perhaps in my profile or in defining my hours, to elect to have all appointments default to videoconferencing to prevent my having to go into each appointment individually and select this button.

  15. Provider should be able to see their list of cancelled clients, no show and seen clients for the week.

    There should be a weekly report so that the provider can see a listing of all the appointments that happened for the week and what the status of each appointment was. It would make it easier for practices who have multiple providers to report their earnings for the week.

  16. bulk delete recurring appointments during vacations

    When going on vacation, I would like to delete a day, week, or more of recurring appointments without it affecting future appointments after the vacation. Checkboxes and one click would make this so much easier than it is now.

  17. Remove "confirm cancellation." after a person cancels an appointment

    Please remove the line "are you sure you want to cancel the appointment". I've had several people cancel the appointment but fail to follow the next step "are you sure you want to cancel". I'd rather them accidentally cancel and I can get them in rather than me bill them a no show fee and have them upset and prove to me via text that they indeed did cancel (just didn't enter the confirmation to cancel)

  18. Allow clients to pay invoices online via link from provider's website

    I would like for clients to be able to pay for specific invoices/statements online via a general "online billpay" page that can be linked to from my website, like these examples:

    https://billpay2.poscorp.com/patientpaymentservices/quickpay/Dermatology%20and%20Aesthetics

    The page/function in these examples appears to be powered by a third-party client services software similar to MCP/Jituzu, but is white-label branded with the provider's branding.

  19. Treatment Rooms

    Is there any way for Jituzu to allow us to include the treatment room on the calendar appointment? We have multiple providers and three treatment rooms and managing that manually is becoming cumbersome. It would be great if we could have the option to choose a room when scheduling to avoid overlap. This may already be a feature I am unaware of. Thank you!

  20. Export appointments to other calendars

    I have to keep two calendars open on my desktop side by side at all times to ensure that I don't double book. One is for personal appointments and the other is Jituzu. I would like the option to export my Jituzu calendar appointments to a .ics file for Outlook (and other popular calendars).
