Improve Portal Access for clients
Clients are telling me they are not able to download my enrollment forms. They also go in and create duplicate accounts. The portal directions need to be clearer for the clients; and, easier to use. Clinicians need a way to see what the portal and Jituzu website looks like from the client view.

I am considering beginning to use the portal but need to know how it looks from the other side. Not finding much good reference material to walk me through the portal process. Looking for feedback from other clinicians as well.
