  2. Ability to confirm or cancel while message is still talking.

    I have had clients tell me they cancelled but I didn’t receive the message. Tried it out myself and discovered that if you hit the number for cancel before the message has finished talking it didn’t register. Since on most automated calls that I receive at home, you can hit the number any time during the message and it registers, I think people assume that.

  3. Maybe there is a way to do this but all clients have had trouble figuring out where to click to stop the telehealth session.

    I would just like to see a clear button like we can see on our end to start the conference since all of my clients this week I’ve had trouble and needed to call me to ask where they click to start the telehealth session. The only thing that they can see is the calendar and the little blue video camera icon which is not clear that that’s how they start the conference.   4. When creating a session for a client would like an alert that the patient already has a balance.

    When creating a session it would be nice if an alert would pop up letting us know that the patient already has a balance for past unpaid appointments so that our receptionist doesn't apply that day's payment to that day's appointment and instead applies any payment made to the past due balance first. This happens over and over again because there is nothing that states at a glance that the patient has a balance and unless you specifically click on the patient's name in the calendar, which we hardly ever do on the day of their appointment, it doesn't alert…

  5. copy insurance carrier and attached documents when copying client files to another therapist.

    1. When copying clients from one therapist to another, the insurance does not copy (card numbers do, just not carrier) and it should.
    2. Things uploaded to the paper clip for each client should also copy.

    Would like to be able to see a list of upcoming appointments that I can sort by TYPE of appointment (for example, in my clinic, evaluations versus regular appointments versus teletherapy appointments).

  11. Jituzu merchant payment should go directly in the MCP account

    Jituzu payments in the merchant account should show up automatically on MCP account. As it stands now the biller only knows about the jituzu merchant payment if I take the extra step and add it to the account information in jituzu. It seems like an unnecessary step and if I forget to do it, the biller doesn't see that the payment was made.

  13. Have Jituzu pull the email address from the Responsible Party section, if it has been filled out.

    Our therapists put the client's email address in the contact section, because that is who they speak with mostly, even for teenagers. If the responsible party is filled out, the email address for the receipt is still pulled from the contact section, and we have to keep wiping it out and copying and pasting the email address from the Responsible Party section so that the receipt goes to the parent. It would be great if Jituzu would pull the email address from that section, if it's filled out.

  15. Generic pop-up notification on smart phones for any calendar changes

    It would be helpful to opt getting a nondescript pop-up notification if there are any calendar/schedule changes. Granted, there is the option for an email to be sent notifying you that there is a message in the Jituzu inbox.
    However, this isn't overly helpful when it doesn't imply if it is a calendar/schedule change.
    This would be particularly helpful during the time of the pandemic when potential late-cancellations can happen more frequently.

  16. Increase gender identity options in Client Information form to include Transgender, Gender Nonbinary and Other

    It's time for gender identity choices to include at least a Gender Nonbinary option, and it would be GREAT to actually include the following: Transgender, MTF, FTM, Other. Rarely is there an "Unknown" gender -- just not included or reported.

  17. Send warning notification when period of recurring appointment nears its end

    Currently, there is no warning that tells the provider that the scheduled time period for a recurring appointment is nearing its end. Weekly appointments just quietly drop off the calendar and the provider has to hopefully catch the missing appointment. It would help to have a notification that reminds the provider to extend the recurring appointment. Of course, it would also work to simply allow recurring appointments to be scheduled without a specific end point.

  18. Need to be able to test microphone before appointment

    I keep having problems with clients microphones not being set up correctly for telehealth. I have a feeling it has to do with an audio setting for their device. They try to test their system before the appointment, which Jituzu currently allows a user to test their camera. However, it doesn't really help with testing their microphone.

  19. Videoconferencing default

    Would be great, especially during pandemic, to have an option to designate all appointments as videoconference rather than having to go into each individual appointment to do this.
