I would like to be able to use a Preferred Name in Reminders
I see a lot of Transgender clients and there is not an option for their preferred name to be used for text reminders, so their legal name is sent to them, which can at times be a trigger for them. I understand the importance of their legal name being on progress notes etc due to billing purposes, but trying to figure out a way to advocate for another field to be added to the reminder system to allow for this.

I would also love to see this as well as our office is dealing with the same issue, but it's not just for our transgendered clients, other clients have preferred names and would much rather see that than their birth name.
