  1. Allow available openings to be displayed if marked available.

    Often times I have client sessions on the half hour and it can be a struggle to leave space open for the program to automatically find availability for new sessions. If the program could read sessions marked in the calendar as available, and it would pop up as an opening for next available, that would be so helpful!

  2. Mulitple Providers

    For a multi provider schedule would be easier to see, if you had a each provider listed per line instead of seeing each day of the week see each provider for that day and if you needed another day select on day on calander and would bring up the day and not the week

  4. Email Groups

    As office manager of a group practice, I often email to the same group of people (administrative staff). It would be a nice feature to be able to create groups for email purposes. Now I have to check them individually and ensure that I don't miss anybody (we have 30 people in our practice). Thanks!

  6. Delete All Occurrences should be Delete Unlocked Occurrences

    Please make it clear what is being deleted. This button only deletes unlocked occurrences (today and future recurring appointments) but nothing from the past. This is very different from Outlook, so that makes it even more important that you label the button correctly.

  8. Copy Payment Profile to other providers

    We have a group practice in Jituzu. We would like to be able to enter a payment method into one provider's account to pay for the subscriptions, and copy the payment profile to other providers.

  10. NEW CLIENTS IN JITUZU NOT POPULATING TO MCP,

    When I have a new client on the phone and add them on my calendar in Jituzu the new client does not show up in MCP causing duplicate cards to be produced when I have to add them to MCP.

  13. children of divorce

    The EHR lacks an area to enter demographics for children with more than one home due to changing family systems. An area is needed to document the contact info for multiple homes and who has what type of custody. An EHR to help organize this data would help so much!!

  17. Allow Google calendars to auto upload into Jituzu calendar.

    Allowing google to upload into Jituzu would save me so much time. I have two jobs and this makes it hard to juggle. I would only say upload from google to Jituzu, not the other way.

  18. Refund for EOB Services Not Provided

    As so many users are paying for EOB service that has not been provided since mid February 2024 - I think it would be appropriate for MCP to offer a refund for services not provided for 3.5 months as this has resulted in a significant increase in my administrative work hours trying to piece together this information. Thanks!

  20. map won't update

    I moved offices and have updated my profile and my URL website STILL shows a google map with the old address. I can't seem to fix it.

    And there is no way to contact anyone at Jituzu to assist with this issue
