Enable Future Appointment dates printable
I have to copy the appointment dates onto a word document. It would be great if we can print these dates/times from Jituzu from the future appointment screen

It would be fantastic if you had the option to send reminder emails in addition to text and voice reminders. You could also allow for providers to set up the copy that appears in the email. You could also notify providers that clients and patients need to give permission to use email for appointment reminders. Lastly, the providers could also include the unique meeting link for virtual meetings in the body of the email reminder.

Adding a chat box would be great. I had it when I used VSee and it was really handy for sharing links or docs.

Monthly Recurring Appointments!!!
Monthly appointments should fall on the same day! I have been with Jituzu for over a decade! How has this not been addressed? If I schedule a “monthly” appointment, they may show up on a random day, like Sunday. Fix this, please! This is basic. Or let us schedule for 4 weeks for the same day. Our people come on the same day of the week, more often than not. How do you not know this?

Toggle ability to self-schedule for new clients
I wish there was a way to toggle self-scheduling for new clients. I love that my established clients are able to self-schedule, but often new people will find my website, fill out paperwork, and then schedule themselves for an open slot when I am not accepting new clients for several months. I even have a welcome note asking new people not to schedule until we have spoken. Right now it seems an all-or-nothing option for self-scheduling.

When a member is marked inactive automatically in MCP, please mark them inactive in Jituzu as well
I have the MCP setting of marking clients inactive after 4 monhts, but that does not translate over to the client list in Jituzu. If I mark an individual client as inactive in MCP, it does mark them inactive in Jituzu, but not when it's done automatically. Can it be done automatically in Jituzu as well as MCP?

Allow sharing of active, live links in the body of inbox messages
I regularly share resources available on the internet with clients. Currently, the links cannot be imbedded in the message such that the client can click on it to access the resource. Instead, they have to copy and paste. This is especially problematic for people who are less tech savvy. It would be very helpful if the active link can be shared in the message.

Need a notice to patients that must create a new message in order to attach documents - can't attach docs in a reply
Inbox - Needs to have notice at top that documents can only be attached in a new message and not replies. However, it would be nice if you could attach a document in a reply too.

Diagnosis codes
On the intake form, I would like to be able to click on the section to add diagnosis and get a list of all the diagnosis codes which I then could select the one's that I want and have them uploaded in that section. Unless I'm doing it wrong, I find it very clunky to have to highlight one, copy it and then go back into the note and paste it in. If I want to choose another diagnosis code I have to do the same thing all over again. This would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

Username Reset button!
Why is there not a username reset button for me to send to the clients? There is only a password reset! Today, I just had a client forget their username. How am I to help them with that????

Why does copying a client to another provider, default the reminder box to "skip reminders" for that provider????
When copying a client to another provider under the "reminders & portal" tab, it will default the reminder box to be checked for "skip reminders." This is not helpful AT ALL, when having to remember to go back and change this to unchecked. I only started noticing, when on the calendar; their appointment has a blue "?" instead of a green "!" or "✔" for the reminder indicator.

Please add a feature request for clients to be able to navigate away from a videoconference, and then return without losing audio so they can check their schedules etc. during the video conference.
