"Whenever I'm Available in the next 7 calendar days"
"Clients" > Client Name > "Remindrs & Portal" > Client Portal Appointment Settings: I would love an additional option that could be checked as an additional client scheduling option "When ever I am available within the next 7 days".
Current setting options allow for a "whenever.... setting" OR restriction by day / time. I would like this as an additional option.
My Reasoning: I have worked at institutions where the priority was the financial bottom line, to the point that clients could not get in on a regular schedule. Ignoring clients continuity of care in such a manner is unethically. I work hard to prioritize and support Continuity of Care, I want clients to be able to have consistent appointments. I give clients priority for their chosen slot, day of week and time. I track these reserved slots on paper and ask clients to book 2 months out, staying within their reserved time slot. Therefore I do not like to open my schedule for everyone the freely schedule when ever; that is with the exception of the week ahead. Filling vacant slots in the week ahead does help out my finical bottom line without compromising clients' continuity of care. An additional "Client Portal Appointment Settings" of "Whenever I'm Available in the next 7 calendar days" support both continuity of care and financial assets. (hopefully I explained this in an understandable manner.)
