Multiple accounts under one email address
We need a way to enter multiple siblings and have their names show up for use on the calendar and to be able communicate with the parent. Now only one sibling can have a connection to the portal communication system, and it makes it very confusing when you see many siblings from the same family!

Please update Jituzu so clients can use attachments with smartphones/ tablets
This is critical. All of my clients use tablets or smartphones and do not have the attachments option in order to upload their insurance info and IDs. This is not new technology and it makes the Jituzu portal almost obsolete. Please please address this problem. It is serious enough that I am having to pay for other software for HIPAA compliant file sharing available for clients using phones/tablets. It's been long enough.

Need ability to set an auto-reply when out of the office
When away from the office for a holiday or vacation we need a way to set an auto-reply letting clients know we are out of the office and what to do if their situation is urgent. Many of my clients use the messaging feature in the portal but not having a way to set an auto-reply is a major downside to this feature when I'm spending time away from work.

"Whenever I'm Available in the next 7 calendar days"
"Clients" > Client Name > "Remindrs & Portal" > Client Portal Appointment Settings: I would love an additional option that could be checked as an additional client scheduling option "When ever I am available within the next 7 days".
Current setting options allow for a "whenever.... setting" OR restriction by day / time. I would like this as an additional option.
My Reasoning: I have worked at institutions where the priority was the financial bottom line, to the point that clients could not get in on a regular schedule. Ignoring clients continuity of care in such a manner is unethically.…

I would like to be able to enter my own times in the scheduling calendar
It would be great to enter my own times in the scheduling calendar. Sometimes the sessions don't start on time, or they don't end on time. With the current program, I have to round up or down the time. I would like the times to accurately reflect the length of the session for insurance billing purposes.

Would love to have an option to send batch invoices and statements to clients with a balance that I can choose from a multiple choice list
I would love to be able to send out invoices and statements to all clients with a balance, from one screen, instead of how I do it now, by going through many steps for each client.

Each time I tried to view a help video/webinar, I recieve message that they do not exsist.
Have help webinars functioning and available for viewing. Or remove from options. If this is error on my end,help me out here.

Note indicator
Having a way to indicate on the Jituzu schedule if the note for that session has been done or not.

Portal Payments
Billing providers aren't receiving updates for portal payments, this creates a breakdown in the cycle in that one person will have to communicate each payment to the billing company.

Color Blocks and Reoccurring appointment reminders
Having altered color blocks for appointments, as in the entire block will be a different color not just the label of the time frame. Also a notification that reoccurring appointments are about to expire, with different settings for time of notification (2 appointments before expiration, 4 appointments before expiration, etc.)

Sign Button on MCP
The "Sign" button to sign client notes should be at the bottom of the page instead of at the top of the page. That way we can sign notes when we are done at the bottom instead of at the top. Auto saved drafts of client notes as we type in MCP so if you accidently click off the page then your note isn't lost.

Clients should be able to send and receive attachments with tablets / smartphones
Attachments continue to be a headache because the majority of clients use tablets or smartphones now. They can neither send or receive attachments. I cannot send attachments to my clients and they cannot send me their insurance info and ID pictures. It bogs down the process and makes our practice look unprofessional when we are constantly having to apologize to clients for the problems with the portal.
These are my suggestions:

message regarding a red stop sign in balances due you
Currently, I check the Balances Due You to see if there are any stop signs there, it would be awesome if we received a message on the main page of MCP that there is a stop sign that needs to be addressed.

Different reminder texts for different locations
If I were to make two different office locations (telehealth and office), I would like to have two different reminder texts. For example, on telehealth days, I would like client reminder text to list the telehealth link. On office days, I would like a different reminder.

make bill amounts cancellable in jituzu
I have a couple of clients who do not have outstanding bills, but they show up as having a billable amount in jituzu. There needs to be a way to get rid of them.

Hi, I have had no luck getting Apex EDI, the people who are supposed to enroll me as a Medicaid provider in Vermont, to return my call, despite more than 3 voicemails. I have been unable to get paid for my work for months now because of them. Can you please help expedite this?

Organizing Client load in folders per Insurance with subforder/year.

I would like to have the capacity to find all my BSBC (for example) in 2019 or all Clients Kaiser members in 2018, those in 2019,etc.instead of going one by one through all my Clients and extract.

Changing Delete Client From Portal button.
Can there be a placement change so the Delete Client From Portal button is not so close to Send Client Invoices bottom? I have accidentally deleted clients. I would think that the Delete Client button would be off to the side by itself.

Recording sessions
A new client signed up with Jituzu, and the platform would not let her complete the process until she agreed to have the sessions recorded. I haven't heard this before, but I don't think it is an appropriate request; did she have it wrong?
