For scheduling conflict pop-up, identify day and time of conflict(s)
I appreciate that Jituzu now notifies me of a scheduling conflict with the pop-up: "This appointment time conflicts with other appointments that have already been scheduled. Click "OK" to save, "Cancel" to go back." However, I need it to identify the day/time of the conflict(s) so that I can rearrange them. While it's easy to visually see double-bookings in the month view of the calendar, I do not have the time to go through EACH month in my calendar, to find the double-bookings. allow updating of credit card expiration date
When a client's credit card expiration date changes, I can't just update that date on the existing card. I have to enter a new credit card. There is no way to see the information on the existing credit card, so I must contact the client to re-enter all the information about that card.

add 50 minutes to the default appointment length dropdown
Traditionally, therapists schedule 50-minute appointments, leaving 10 minutes for a break. Strangely, this option is not available when selecting default appointment length.

Provide workflow capability to allow passing of all types of notes from person to person for signature/attention.
I would like to be able to complete documents for a client (assessment, treatment plan, progress notes etc) and then indicate to my supervisor that they are ready for review and signing. Similarly, when they have been signed, my supervisor could indicate that she is done so I know the documents are ready for my signature. At this point, my supervisor may review documents without knowing that I am not done with them. Also, I have to keep checking to see if they are ready for my signature.

bulk delete recurring appointments during vacations
When going on vacation, I would like to delete a day, week, or more of recurring appointments without it affecting future appointments after the vacation. Checkboxes and one click would make this so much easier than it is now.

Allow clients to pay invoices online via link from provider's website
I would like for clients to be able to pay for specific invoices/statements online via a general "online billpay" page that can be linked to from my website, like these examples:

Do you have a list of good cameras that are compatible.
Does anyone have any success with ad on cameras?
I also have problems with buffering or a delay in transmission. I have 3 offices and each has a different carrier. At&T and Vissat are poor and Charter is very good. Any Ideas on how to reduce distortions?

Pre-populate appt type in Jituzu like MCP
Pre-populate appointment type in Jituzu like it does in MCP. I have couples come in that can only be billed for individual and often forget at the time of scheduling and end up re-billing after the session is rejected. It would be nice if when scheduling on the Jituzu calendar to have the appointment type pre-with the previously used appointment type; like it does in MCP.

Treatment Rooms
Is there any way for Jituzu to allow us to include the treatment room on the calendar appointment? We have multiple providers and three treatment rooms and managing that manually is becoming cumbersome. It would be great if we could have the option to choose a room when scheduling to avoid overlap. This may already be a feature I am unaware of. Thank you!

Confirmations of upgrades and downgrades to services
When you go into your account to upgrade or downgrade features it would be nice to get an email confirmation confirming the changes made to your account. That way if there is ever a billing error one can easily pull up the date and changes that were made.

allow to mark an appointment as video when you make the appoinment
I would like to be able to mark the appointment as a telehealth appointment when making the appointment. right now I have to go back into the appointment to mark it as video. when i forget to do that , the client cannot enter the video because i didn't mark it

Add the client set up note to the app
Since everything is on the go right now, we would like to be able to see the client set up note in the app as well. That is where we list emergency contacts.

Client Portal: More Control for Therapist with Client Scheduling
I would like to be able to set up specific blocks of time when clients can schedule appointments on their own. Currently, when there is an opening, clients can schedule an appointment at any 15-minute interval the time slot that is open. I don't want that to be an option for clients because it could cause scheduling confusion for me if it is not the usual time that I see clients. I would like to set up the exact time slots that clients can schedule appointments. For example, only on the hour or at 10:15am etc.

Allow available openings to be displayed if marked available.
Often times I have client sessions on the half hour and it can be a struggle to leave space open for the program to automatically find availability for new sessions. If the program could read sessions marked in the calendar as available, and it would pop up as an opening for next available, that would be so helpful!

Mulitple Providers
For a multi provider schedule would be easier to see, if you had a each provider listed per line instead of seeing each day of the week see each provider for that day and if you needed another day select on day on calander and would bring up the day and not the week

Email Groups
As office manager of a group practice, I often email to the same group of people (administrative staff). It would be a nice feature to be able to create groups for email purposes. Now I have to check them individually and ensure that I don't miss anybody (we have 30 people in our practice). Thanks!
