Force the phone app to update
The phone app will not update unless you navigate away from the date and then back to it.
I originally opened the phone app around 8 or 9 am. I went back to the app at 3:30 pm to check my appointments before offering someone a few different times via text. When I got to my laptop, I saw that someone had booked one of the times (of course, the one chosen by the family I was texting) via a waitlist reminder. The fact that my phone didn't update just costed me an appointment and lost revenue, as the family I was texting with could have come at either time.
I went back to my phone to make sure of what I had seen... I saw it correctly, navigated to a different date, back to today and there was that waitlist appointment. And, before you say anything, Jituzu was already set to refresh in the background. It simply didn't due to faulty programming.
