Ability to set lead time between scheduling appointment and first available appt time for client portal self scheduling
Client portal clients are logging into Jituzu late at night and scheduling early morning appointments for the following morning. And I’m not finding out about them in time. Would it be possible to require clients to notify the provider if they make an appointment for less than a specific number of hours before the appointment time, so that I would be made personally aware of last-minute changes to my schedule?
