I would like to be able to see task assigned and when those task are completed in the To Do List.
It would be helpful when using the to do list, to see list of items assigned, to whom they are assigned and when they are completed.

Show local time zone instead of Pacific time zone on notes
When you sign and lock notes, they are time stamped with Pacific time zone times. Would like to set my local time zone instead to show on them.

split screens
It would be very helpful to be able to have split screens or some way to switch between tabs/screens when working, posting and comparing information between two tabs (i.e. ERAs and payments received, or patient statements and reports)

File Attachments
Please consider moving the buttons "Download" "Delete Selected" "Upload Files" "Add New Files" to the top of the page above the documents list, saving users from scrolling to the bottom of the file attachments page each time uploading a new document.

Print Client Statements - download as separate files for emailing
Would like to use Print Client Statements to download everyone's statements at the end of the month, but have it create separate files for each client when you download, so that they can be emailed to the client. Currently the only way to get separate files is by going to Account Activity by Client for each client, and that is time consuming.

Supervising providers
I supervise unlicensed providers. It would be great if you had an option for accounts for supervisees that only see very few clients, that was more cost effective than the group rates.

Group account
We are a Recovery Center where multiple providers see the same client. We would like to have a "group" account, where all of the providers and clients can be in one account, and all notes written about the client (no matter who sees him), are in one account.

Stats to Add- number of clients moved to inactive
Please add the statistic to practice stats page that describes the amount of clients changed to inactive within a certain time period. This information is significant to businesses that are trying to analyze their success.

I want my insurance bills sent to my home address, but I want my client statements to have my office address on there.
Currently there is no easy way for my insurance bills to be sent to a different address then the address I want on my client statements. I want my insurance bills sent to my home address, but I want my client statements to have my office address on there. I would like a feature that would easily allow that. Thank you.

Please add columns for Units and Bill Code Modifiers to Invoice Clients and Insurance summary screen
We have to use units in our billing and it would be helpful to see the units and modifiers on the Invoice Clients and Insurance screen to verify we have entered the correct information before invoicing the claims to insurance.

End the Time-Out Feature
The Time-Out feature requires a log in every time a new note needs to be added after a session. This is needlessly frustrating.
I enter my notes after each 50-min session but have to log back in each time. If I am seeing seven people in a row, I have to do this seven times that day.
Please find a way to enable us to turn off this feature temporarily when we have back to back clients and are entering notes after each session.

Please remove the time-out feature on MCP
Please remove the time-out feature on MCP. This feature interferes with telehealth sessions on Jituzu and disconnects the session. This is disruptive to the therapeutic process and requires time to log back into MCP, reload the telehealth session and reconnect with the client. I have been disconnected multiple times during a session and finally discovered what was happening. This is inconvenient.
