Voice dictation
I would like to be able to dictate my session notes.

Smartphone compatible
I would like to be able to make changes to my notes from my smartphone. While I can see a note, I can not edit very effectively. Currently, the data boxes do not adjust the format so it is impossible for me to see what is written in the large text box when I am on my phone so I can not edit my notes from my phone. It would be nice if the boxes adjusted size for the phone.

Payment forms
I am excited to see that we now have the ability to print receipts from card payments. However, it would be great to be able to enter a client's cash/check payment for recording purposes as well in order for them to get a printed receipt. Currently, we have to write out paper receipts for cash and check payments.

Contact Clients
I would love a way to securely email clients through this platform so that the communication would automatically become part of their medical record... It would be great to be able to send them surveys and other questionnaires concerning their treatment as well.

Report for Insurance Reimbursements
I would love a report that shows insurance ALLOWED AMOUNTS, not just cash applied amounts, run by insurance company, sortable by CPT code, so that we can track whether or not we are being reimbursed at correct contracted rates.

Reminders to do certain notes
I would like to get a reminder to complete an assessment, treatment plan or some other type of note after a certain number of sessions. A similar reminder for annual assessments and treatment plans would also be a nice feature.

copy codes feature
When using the copy codes to another provider make the insurance info pull over also, currently you have to still go back to the 1st provider to figure out what type of insurance plan it is to pull to the second provider.

Highlight lines in Payments received & Adjustments
When entering payments... especially from insurance when one check can apply to numerous clients and sessions... the line on which the mouse is hovering does not get highlighted or change color (it does when in Client Sessions and the financial page for each client). Because the text ends up so small and some clients are billed for more than one CPT per session, it would be very nice if the line were highlighted so that it was easier to see which hand was about to be clicked.

Optional Message when printing statements from Account Activity
You can add an optional message to invoices when you print them from Invoice Clients and Insurance, or from the Print Client Statements option under Reports, but you can't add a message if you print a statement from Account Activity by Client. The option is needed for private pay (out of network) clients who need statements for their insurance, so that a group NPI, and any other information needed, can be added to the invoice.

Number formatting
I'm hoping that you can implement number formatting for things like dates and phone numbers. With other programs I can type 050519 in a date field and it will auto format to 05/05/2019 or I can type 1234567890 in a phone number field and it will auto format to (123) 456-7890. This would be a big time saver!

Warning pop-up to save new client information
Maybe it's just me, but I can't tell you how many times I have entered a new client's information, got distracted, and forgot to save the information requiring me to enter it all over again. It would be great if a warning pop-up came up asking if you want to save the information before exiting the screen.

Notes beside billable sessions
In Balances Due to You, you can click the little clipboard and add notes about payments. I use this all the time to track payments, especially client payments. I write in there things like "Put note on schedule to collect at next session". I would love a little clipboard note option next to the clients' sessions in Invoice Clients and Insurance so I can add notes about sessions that I am waiting to bill on. Would help me keep even more track of things. Thank you for your consideration!

Send Receive Messages from MCP
On the Home screen in MCP, at the bottom is a section that notes Messages and Notices. Is there a way we can send/receive messages from MCP, rather than switching apps to Jituzu? or maybe be able to send/receive from both apps?

Copying inactive clients
When copying client files between accounts, it would be helpful if the list generated included inactive clients. Otherwise you have to go in and make them active, then go back and inactivate them again after copying.

insurance checker
It would be SUPER helpful to have a feature that allows us to automatically check insurances via MCP before a client is seen that is scheduled. That would help decrease chances of client's being seen whose insurances have lapsed

Ability to see why a claim was rejected
I was excited to see changes to the balance dashboard, but surprisingly it did not provide me with the ability to see the reason why a claim was rejected. I find it increasingly frustrating not to be able to see information that is about my own practice. I do all of my own billing and should be able to see the reason without having to contact a MCP rep and wait a few days for an answer.

Deleted messages should stay deleted
Every time I reopen MCP, this message appears: Start collecting payments with Jituzu! I keep deleting it and it keeps showing up.
