  1. I want my insurance bills sent to my home address, but I want my client statements to have my office address on there.

    Currently there is no easy way for my insurance bills to be sent to a different address then the address I want on my client statements. I want my insurance bills sent to my home address, but I want my client statements to have my office address on there. I would like a feature that would easily allow that. Thank you.

  2. Please add columns for Units and Bill Code Modifiers to Invoice Clients and Insurance summary screen

    We have to use units in our billing and it would be helpful to see the units and modifiers on the Invoice Clients and Insurance screen to verify we have entered the correct information before invoicing the claims to insurance.

  3. Please remove the time-out feature on MCP

    Please remove the time-out feature on MCP. This feature interferes with telehealth sessions on Jituzu and disconnects the session. This is disruptive to the therapeutic process and requires time to log back into MCP, reload the telehealth session and reconnect with the client. I have been disconnected multiple times during a session and finally discovered what was happening. This is inconvenient.

  5. SCROLLONG PROGRESS NOTES.

    I would love to have the ability to scroll all notes by choosing a forward or backward button as i am looking for a specific notation. This would be faster than having to open and close each note separately.

    Also the ability to highlight within the progress note would be helpful as well.

  6. I would like to receive automatic notification once other therapists have signed off on their notes and Supervisor signature is needed.

    Instead of having to received an email through Jituzu once notes have been signed by Supervisee, Myclientplus should send an automatic alert to Supervisor that note has been signed and Supervisor can now sign. Other programs offer this feature, and it would be a time saver.

  7. I would like the treatment plans utilizing the Wiley Treatment Planner to offer the option for three main goals/problems.

    Medicaid and other insurances require treatment plans with three goals and several objectives under each goal. I have not subscribed to the Wiley Treatment Planner because it only allows for one goal and the following objectives.

  8. Payment forms

    I am excited to see that we now have the ability to print receipts from card payments. However, it would be great to be able to enter a client's cash/check payment for recording purposes as well in order for them to get a printed receipt. Currently, we have to write out paper receipts for cash and check payments.

    I would love a way to securely email clients through this platform so that the communication would automatically become part of their medical record... It would be great to be able to send them surveys and other questionnaires concerning their treatment as well.

  10. Report for Insurance Reimbursements

    I would love a report that shows insurance ALLOWED AMOUNTS, not just cash applied amounts, run by insurance company, sortable by CPT code, so that we can track whether or not we are being reimbursed at correct contracted rates.

  11. Session time auto filled from Client Sessions screen

    In the Client Sessions screen, the code and time are part of that screen. Please automatically have the time entered transfer to the progress note header. I have been keeping track of how long I spend in the Client Sessions screen, but didn't realize that it was not automatically incorporated into the note. Luckily, when one of the insurance companies audited me, I was able to add the times to my notes and resubmit them and get paid when they brought to my attention that it was required to have the time spent in the note.   12. copy codes feature

    When using the copy codes to another provider make the insurance info pull over also, currently you have to still go back to the 1st provider to figure out what type of insurance plan it is to pull to the second provider.

  13. Highlight lines in Payments received & Adjustments

    When entering payments... especially from insurance when one check can apply to numerous clients and sessions... the line on which the mouse is hovering does not get highlighted or change color (it does when in Client Sessions and the financial page for each client). Because the text ends up so small and some clients are billed for more than one CPT per session, it would be very nice if the line were highlighted so that it was easier to see which hand was about to be clicked.

  14. Optional Message when printing statements from Account Activity

    You can add an optional message to invoices when you print them from Invoice Clients and Insurance, or from the Print Client Statements option under Reports, but you can't add a message if you print a statement from Account Activity by Client. The option is needed for private pay (out of network) clients who need statements for their insurance, so that a group NPI, and any other information needed, can be added to the invoice.

  15. Number formatting

    I'm hoping that you can implement number formatting for things like dates and phone numbers. With other programs I can type 050519 in a date field and it will auto format to 05/05/2019 or I can type 1234567890 in a phone number field and it will auto format to (123) 456-7890. This would be a big time saver!

  16. Warning pop-up to save new client information

    Maybe it's just me, but I can't tell you how many times I have entered a new client's information, got distracted, and forgot to save the information requiring me to enter it all over again. It would be great if a warning pop-up came up asking if you want to save the information before exiting the screen.

  18. Notes beside billable sessions

    In Balances Due to You, you can click the little clipboard and add notes about payments. I use this all the time to track payments, especially client payments. I write in there things like "Put note on schedule to collect at next session". I would love a little clipboard note option next to the clients' sessions in Invoice Clients and Insurance so I can add notes about sessions that I am waiting to bill on. Would help me keep even more track of things. Thank you for your consideration!

  19. Send Receive Messages from MCP

    On the Home screen in MCP, at the bottom is a section that notes Messages and Notices. Is there a way we can send/receive messages from MCP, rather than switching apps to Jituzu? or maybe be able to send/receive from both apps?

  20. Copying inactive clients

    When copying client files between accounts, it would be helpful if the list generated included inactive clients. Otherwise you have to go in and make them active, then go back and inactivate them again after copying.
