  1. SCROLLONG PROGRESS NOTES.

    I would love to have the ability to scroll all notes by choosing a forward or backward button as i am looking for a specific notation. This would be faster than having to open and close each note separately.

    Also the ability to highlight within the progress note would be helpful as well.

  2. Option to print receipt for client payment before session is billed

    Currently, we can not print a receipt until the session is billed. It would be very helpful to be able to print a receipt for a clients copay before the session is billed, so that the receipt can show what session it is being applied to.

  3. Ability to delete write offs on a date of service instead of deleting the full service date/line

    When a client has a balance due, and does not submit payment by the final statement we send, we write off the remaining amount as "bad debt". Sometimes, the client will pay months or even years later. It would be nice to be able to delete just the write off line, instead of deleting and re importing the full service line.

  4. I would like to receive automatic notification once other therapists have signed off on their notes and Supervisor signature is needed.

    Instead of having to received an email through Jituzu once notes have been signed by Supervisee, Myclientplus should send an automatic alert to Supervisor that note has been signed and Supervisor can now sign. Other programs offer this feature, and it would be a time saver.

  5. I would like the treatment plans utilizing the Wiley Treatment Planner to offer the option for three main goals/problems.

    Medicaid and other insurances require treatment plans with three goals and several objectives under each goal. I have not subscribed to the Wiley Treatment Planner because it only allows for one goal and the following objectives.

  6. A view for Unposted Funds

    I have to do quite a bit of work to find clients who have additional funds to post to new charges. I would like a view to only look at un-posted funds (currently red indicator)

  7. Ledger

    Forgive me ahead of time if this idea has already been discussed. I would love a MCP ledger that my biller and I can observe at the same time, post client name, date of service, codes, charges, co-pay, insurance pyts, and ch#.

    I would love a weekly ledger, that lets me see my week in review; who I saw, and quickly scan payment info. This is a more visceral experience as you see instantly the filled in payment columns vs gaping empty spots showing you hours you have not been paid for.

  8. Autofill out-of-network Insurance Claim Setup form using Client Setup entries

    Setting up an out-of-network claim for a client is very clumsy. Under the current setup, I must open a second instance of MCP (log on in a new tab), find the Client Setup screen for the client, and then go back to the Insurance Claim Setup screen to copy data intol the fields. Please, autofill this form using the data already entered in the Client Setup screen.

  9. I would like to be able to fax a note from MCP.

    Seems like the only way to fax a note is to print it out and then fax it which is a waste of paper.

  10. Client List ... "Report Format options" ...Include "last Session Date."

    When developing a list of client folders to move from active to inactive status, it could be helpful to have a client list which included each clients' last session date. This could be done in "Client Reports" ... "Client List" ... "Report Format Options", add option "Last Session Date." which could generate a list of names followed by the date of their last session.

    Maybe there is a way to do this already which I have not found. (?)

  11. Session time auto filled from Client Sessions screen

    In the Client Sessions screen, the code and time are part of that screen. Please automatically have the time entered transfer to the progress note header. I have been keeping track of how long I spend in the Client Sessions screen, but didn't realize that it was not automatically incorporated into the note. Luckily, when one of the insurance companies audited me, I was able to add the times to my notes and resubmit them and get paid when they brought to my attention that it was required to have the time spent in the note.   13. Print invoices without aging information

    I am wondering if there is any way that we can choose not to print the aging on our statements. Since it doesn't bill the client until after insurance has paid etc., there is a delay as far as aging.

  14. Truncated information at Stop Signs

    When a claim is stopped, the item needing correction is truncated and not entirely visible, requiring communication with MCP as to the problem. This may take two to three days. If the response/reason area was larger, allowing room for complete reasons for claim failure, it would be much quicker to determine the problem, correct it and get claim moving.

  15. Show the date and amount of client payments on the statements.

    The client statements currently show a charge being paid with no record of when the client made a payment and the amount of the payment.

  16. Print Group NPI on Statements and Invoices

    I actually need both the Individual NPI and the Group NPI to show up on the Client Statements so that Clients can submit their statement for reimbursement. Currently only the individual NPI is displayed.

  18. Short list of Payers default in Client Setup

    When adding a new client to an account and choosing the primary insurance company, the system defaults to the long list, which includes ALL of the payers. Would like the system to default to the list of electronic payers that have been set up through Codes Setup/Insurance Companies so we can easily switch to "My Electronic Payers".

  19. Add popups on 2.0 Home screen

    When looking at the main screen, there are a few spots where a popup of information would be very helpful for productivity.

    When hovering over the Provider info button, it would be nice to see Tax ID, NPI, and Office address for checking benefits quickly.
    for Client Info; it would be nice to see their date of birth, address, and ID #, for the same purpose.

    Account activity; perhaps the total due and potentially a space to add copay to client setup and show that here.

  20. Wiley Treatment Planner Note Addendum

    When signing and locking a Wiley Treatment Planner, it would be nice to be able to add a Note Addendum for cases where you may later find a mistake was made and would like to update the planner.
