Great Idea Wouldn't it be great customer service if you allowed us to call someone on a phone to fix a problem and not redirect us?
Stop wasting my time reading this information when I just need to correct something with a phone call with a human.

insurance checker
It would be SUPER helpful to have a feature that allows us to automatically check insurances via MCP before a client is seen that is scheduled. That would help decrease chances of client's being seen whose insurances have lapsed

voice to text option
Incorporating or allowing the use of a 3rd party software for voice to text on entering progress note information and treatment plans. The use of a Dragon-type software eliminates the need for duplicating hand written notes by typing them in after session. Read from notes into text - Boom!

Ability to see why a claim was rejected
I was excited to see changes to the balance dashboard, but surprisingly it did not provide me with the ability to see the reason why a claim was rejected. I find it increasingly frustrating not to be able to see information that is about my own practice. I do all of my own billing and should be able to see the reason without having to contact a MCP rep and wait a few days for an answer.

Deleted messages should stay deleted
Every time I reopen MCP, this message appears: Start collecting payments with Jituzu! I keep deleting it and it keeps showing up.

Would like to use a stylus to write on a note with IPAD and then Upload that into the Client's File

Option to print receipt for client payment before session is billed
Currently, we can not print a receipt until the session is billed. It would be very helpful to be able to print a receipt for a clients copay before the session is billed, so that the receipt can show what session it is being applied to.

Ability to delete write offs on a date of service instead of deleting the full service date/line
When a client has a balance due, and does not submit payment by the final statement we send, we write off the remaining amount as "bad debt". Sometimes, the client will pay months or even years later. It would be nice to be able to delete just the write off line, instead of deleting and re importing the full service line.

A view for Unposted Funds
I have to do quite a bit of work to find clients who have additional funds to post to new charges. I would like a view to only look at un-posted funds (currently red indicator)

Ledger
Forgive me ahead of time if this idea has already been discussed. I would love a MCP ledger that my biller and I can observe at the same time, post client name, date of service, codes, charges, co-pay, insurance pyts, and ch#.
I would love a weekly ledger, that lets me see my week in review; who I saw, and quickly scan payment info. This is a more visceral experience as you see instantly the filled in payment columns vs gaping empty spots showing you hours you have not been paid for.

Autofill out-of-network Insurance Claim Setup form using Client Setup entries
Setting up an out-of-network claim for a client is very clumsy. Under the current setup, I must open a second instance of MCP (log on in a new tab), find the Client Setup screen for the client, and then go back to the Insurance Claim Setup screen to copy data intol the fields. Please, autofill this form using the data already entered in the Client Setup screen.

I would like to be able to fax a note from MCP.
Seems like the only way to fax a note is to print it out and then fax it which is a waste of paper.

Client List ... "Report Format options" ...Include "last Session Date."
When developing a list of client folders to move from active to inactive status, it could be helpful to have a client list which included each clients' last session date. This could be done in "Client Reports" ... "Client List" ... "Report Format Options", add option "Last Session Date." which could generate a list of names followed by the date of their last session.
Maybe there is a way to do this already which I have not found. (?)

Print invoices without aging information
I am wondering if there is any way that we can choose not to print the aging on our statements. Since it doesn't bill the client until after insurance has paid etc., there is a delay as far as aging.

Truncated information at Stop Signs
When a claim is stopped, the item needing correction is truncated and not entirely visible, requiring communication with MCP as to the problem. This may take two to three days. If the response/reason area was larger, allowing room for complete reasons for claim failure, it would be much quicker to determine the problem, correct it and get claim moving.

Show the date and amount of client payments on the statements.
The client statements currently show a charge being paid with no record of when the client made a payment and the amount of the payment.

Print Group NPI on Statements and Invoices
I actually need both the Individual NPI and the Group NPI to show up on the Client Statements so that Clients can submit their statement for reimbursement. Currently only the individual NPI is displayed.
