Secondary Insurance electronic billing
We need to be able to bill secondary insurance for add-on codes.

Need a way to be able to submit insurances with multiple lines to a secondary insurance. An option would be to add in the New client session screen:in the bill to: Automatic process or bypass insurance and bill to client can you add a line to say bill secondary insurance this would allow us bill 2 lines as a "new claim" instead of having to go to the insurances site to bill the claims.
