Posting Insurance Payments
I don't know if this has already been posted but when I back out of an insurance payment, I cannot just go back in and start where I left off. It gives me error messages when everything is correct. So I have to delete the entire payment and put it back in.

Make it possible to reprint an electronic claim as a paper claim on a preprinted form.
I made a billing error and I have to manually fill in the red preprinted claim form for a client's secondary insurance Medicaid, because the primary insurance BCBS VT was billed electronically, and subsequently billed electronically to the secondary insurance, which was denied for not following their protocol for paper claims only when they are the secondary insurance. It would save a lot of time and be more legible if there was a way to reprint the claim on a preprinted form. VT Medicaid will not accept a printed form.

insurance checker
It would be SUPER helpful to have a feature that allows us to automatically check insurances via MCP before a client is seen that is scheduled. That would help decrease chances of client's being seen whose insurances have lapsed

Delete Patient Payment
Please create the ability to remove a patient payment from the account activity. Right now we have to delete the whole session and recreate. It would make so much sense to just have a scissor option for the patient payment.

View Account Activity screen- GO button
Minor, but would be more efficient.
When changing the start date at the top of the "View Account Activity" screen, allow pressing "Enter" key to trigger the "GO" process.2 votes -
Ability to see why a claim was rejected
I was excited to see changes to the balance dashboard, but surprisingly it did not provide me with the ability to see the reason why a claim was rejected. I find it increasingly frustrating not to be able to see information that is about my own practice. I do all of my own billing and should be able to see the reason without having to contact a MCP rep and wait a few days for an answer.

Post payments to mulitple sessions without hitting save after each line item
In version 1 when posting a check/payment, you had the option of moving between client sessions easily and then chose to close and post at the end rather than have to click and activate a single date of service and close that, move to the next, etc - that was SO much faster and easier to post payments. I have suggested it before, but I am sure there are many of us who would love to go back to that!

Adding the Session Note Icon to Invoice Clients and Insurance Screen
When migrating client sessions from Jituzu into MCP, any session note (not progress note) written in Jituzu is transferred along with it at that same time. Once in MCP, you can retrieve that session note by visiting Daily Activity >> Client Sessions and then choosing the date in question.
If a session note was added in Jituzu to a specific session, MCP will display an icon that resembles a white clipboard (not to be confused with icon of the progress note clipboard) at that screen. By clicking the 'file folder' adjacent to the icon, you can review any corresponding session…1 vote -
Ability to bill secondary insurance for two codes at once
When a provider bills an office visit code plus an add-on psychotherapy code (such as 99213 and 90833), both codes need to be billed together for the claim to correctly process. When electronically billing a secondary insurance, MCP forces you to process each separately. I either have to do a corrected claim or mail the claims. Both services need to bill together.

Optional Message for Single Statements
Currently, you can only include an optional message when you run a batch of statements. We have therapists who occasionally request only one statement be sent (for example, when we are heading towards sending a balance to collections), and that option is not available. It would be helpful to be able to include a message about how to pay or add a warning message to a single statement.

Would like to be select whether a client payment is by check, credit card or cash in Client Session.

Additional settings for billings
It would be helpful to create additional setting that will import from Jituzu to MCP. Example: We have bill codes set up in Jituzu that will import to MCP. It would be nice to also include Telehealth (when selected in Jituzu, it will import with amended POS and Modifier). Also, it would be helpful to create a default to check box "suppress from invoicing." If a provider enters an amount that was paid at sessions, which is over their typical copay amount, we have to manually go into the session and check the box.

Bill for copay before posting insurance payment
I would love to be able to send patient statements for copay/coinsurance/deductible amounts (not paid at time of service) before the insurance payment is posted.

Refund Posting
We need a way to post refunds. This would mean you could post a credit to a line, and then post the refund to that line. Now, I have to add a 'session' that is labeled as 'refund' to get this activity on the clients' account.

Ability to post payments to 0 balance client accounts
I would like to ability to post a payment on a client's account even if there is no outstanding balance. At times, client's pay me in advance but MyClient's plus does not allow us to post that without a number of extra steps (such as creating a 0 charge session with a payment).

Statements and Invoices - Detail needed
when running invoices/statements due to current activity. Many times just the 'balance forward' information shows. I have to go in and individually re-create the statement/invoice, and confidential trash the one that printed from the daily activity. We need a way to chose how many months show on the daily billing runs when it is going to the client.

Need additional spots for DX codes
With changes in insurance company requirements for chiropractic billing, I need to be able to add more than 4 diagnosis codes per visit. Can you please allow space for more? I know we are allowed up to 12 for auto accident case.

Please create an emergency access process
WE are a group practice with therapist working through the weekend. My Clients Plus became inaccessible Thursday evening just after 7 pm and there is no one to contact to try to get it fixed. This is pretty much the last straw!!!!!!!!!!! Your system is steadily getting less and less reliable!!!!!

Have the Billing Codes, Diagnostic Codes (and maybe even the Insurance companies) preloaded.
Have all the most up-to-date codes preloaded so that we only have to activate the codes in our list.
