  1. Posting Insurance Payments

    I don't know if this has already been posted but when I back out of an insurance payment, I cannot just go back in and start where I left off. It gives me error messages when everything is correct. So I have to delete the entire payment and put it back in.

  2. Question re recent hacking of insurance companies and no payments reports for the last several months .

    How does recent hacking of insurance companies effect MC+? I have not received notice of payments
    for several months except Western Sky.
    This is not a great forum for solving my problem. Could you install a chat line if not a telephone number?

  3. Claims Related to Cyber Attack Not Yet Paid

    Hello. Can't find a direct contact email option.
    I am trying to keep track of what's happening with claims that were affected by cyberattack. Still appears they have not gone through and over 1200.00 worth at this point. I left a message in the voicemail with no call back as of yet. Please contact me to let me know where things stand and if I should be doing anything different.

  4. Great Idea Wouldn't it be great customer service if you allowed us to call someone on a phone to fix a problem and not redirect us?

    Stop wasting my time reading this information when I just need to correct something with a phone call with a human.

  5. Good Faith Estimate template

    A Good Faith Estimate letter template with all required information written in letter form, Client information and CPT code/Fee info pre populated, have room for any additional charges we may have, and all we have to do is complete their specific form of treatment anticipated, frequency of treatment, and calculate estimated cost.

  6. Make it possible to reprint an electronic claim as a paper claim on a preprinted form.

    I made a billing error and I have to manually fill in the red preprinted claim form for a client's secondary insurance Medicaid, because the primary insurance BCBS VT was billed electronically, and subsequently billed electronically to the secondary insurance, which was denied for not following their protocol for paper claims only when they are the secondary insurance. It would save a lot of time and be more legible if there was a way to reprint the claim on a preprinted form. VT Medicaid will not accept a printed form.

    Hello,
    My records show that I am subscribed to 50 or fewer claims monthly for $12.50/mo. My account shows a monthly fee of $29 + tax per month. Why is my credit card being charged $41.50/mo?     I would like to have the ability to write separate psychotherapy notes that would be stored separately from the progress notes for each client. I have learned that Simple Practice offers this feature.

  9. Client Status - addition of ARCHIVE option

    Within the Client Setup page the Client Status can be selected as either Active or Inactive. It would helpful to add a third status category, perhaps called "Archive". Clients could be moved to this category if they will not be seen again (e.g. single consult meeting, client moves, dies, etc.). This will de-clutter the Inactive status category, within which clients who are seen only periodically may be moved. In turn, this would declutter the Active status category so that only those attending regular, recurrent sessions will be kept. In sum, you'd have: Active = active clients, Inactive = periodic/infrequent clients,…

    15-20 clicks and mouse movements before I can start entering a note. It should be 3 or 4.

  11. Note taking is inefficient

    My notes consistently don't save. I copy and paste my notes in a Word Doc. just so I don't lose the work I've done. Why is this happening so regularly?

    It would be SUPER helpful to have a feature that allows us to automatically check insurances via MCP before a client is seen that is scheduled. That would help decrease chances of client's being seen whose insurances have lapsed

  13. Multiple blank note options for labeling in library template

    Currently we can label the blank note in the template library with only one title. Please add multiple blank note templates so that I can add them to my library under different names. This would enable quicker audits for specific forms (that we copy and paste into a blank note)

  14. Delete Patient Payment

    Please create the ability to remove a patient payment from the account activity. Right now we have to delete the whole session and recreate. It would make so much sense to just have a scissor option for the patient payment.

    Minor, but would be more efficient.
    When changing the start date at the top of the "View Account Activity" screen, allow pressing "Enter" key to trigger the "GO" process.

  16. please enable several windows to be opened on a computer so we can cut and paste an ICN number or otherwise easily go back and forth.

    It's frustrating to have to leave a window and not be able to keep it open. Nice that we can have a second window with Jituzu and MCP and also that Knowledge Base opens another window.

  17. Diagnosis Code Search

    It would be good if the list of Diagnosis was searchable. For example, a field to type depression at the top of the list. Type depression and all codes with that in the description would be listed rather than scrolling. Scrolling should continue to be an option as well.

  18. Diagnosis Fielf

    In the client set up add a separate field to enter in client diagnosis during set up. This will help capture the history of the diagnoses in a clear way rather than being mixed up in client notes. It is a hassle to go client sessions just to see which dxs the client already had. It would be great to have the date the Dx was added and a date it was removed. There should also be a field or a check box for diagnoses the provider wants to work to Rule out or confirm.

  19. Please remove the time-out feature on MCP

    Please remove the time-out feature on MCP. This feature interferes with telehealth sessions on Jituzu and disconnects the session. This is disruptive to the therapeutic process and requires time to log back into MCP, reload the telehealth session and reconnect with the client. I have been disconnected multiple times during a session and finally discovered what was happening. This is inconvenient.
