I would like to be able to see task assigned and when those task are completed in the To Do List.
It would be helpful when using the to do list, to see list of items assigned, to whom they are assigned and when they are completed.

Treatment Plan Tracker/Reminder & Progress Note Reminder
I would like a way to keep track of when treatment plans are due for clients and to receive a notification when the treatment plans are due (I currently keep track on paper but would like for everything to be in one place). I would also like for a checkmark or something to appear next to the client's name on the day they were seen that indicated that a progress note has been completed and finalized.

Refund Posting
We need a way to post refunds. This would mean you could post a credit to a line, and then post the refund to that line. Now, I have to add a 'session' that is labeled as 'refund' to get this activity on the clients' account.

A view for Unposted Funds
I have to do quite a bit of work to find clients who have additional funds to post to new charges. I would like a view to only look at un-posted funds (currently red indicator)

secondary billing
eliminate the need to verify payment posted date for primary insurance prior to being able to bill secondary insurance

I would like to be able to do therapist pay rate by date of service not by payment received .
We pay our therapist for the sessions they complete and often this happens prior to the receiving payment.

Invoice by insurance company
I would love to be able to run an invoice for a group of clients that are within the same insurance company. We currently see patients through a home health agency so the invoice goes to the agency and not the individual client; therefore, several clients are on the invoice to the agency. We have the agencies listed as paper insurance companies so we could run the invoice for a specific company would be very helpful.

Sessions timing out feature
I use TherapyNotes at a clinic I work at part time. (I use MC+ in my private practice.) TherapyNotes has a nice feature when the program times out due to inactivity. When I return to a progress note, for example, after an interruption and timing out, a window pops up and asks for my password when I move the cursor. After that, I am returned to the exact place in the note, or whatever I was doing in the program, where I was when it timed out. On MC+ a timing out requires reentering my user name and password. Ledger
Forgive me ahead of time if this idea has already been discussed. I would love a MCP ledger that my biller and I can observe at the same time, post client name, date of service, codes, charges, co-pay, insurance pyts, and ch#.
I would love a weekly ledger, that lets me see my week in review; who I saw, and quickly scan payment info. This is a more visceral experience as you see instantly the filled in payment columns vs gaping empty spots showing you hours you have not been paid for.

MIPS reporting
It would be great if MCP began integrating MIPS reporting at Therapy Notes is doing. Without this feature, Medicare providers must do a lot of extra record keeping and work to do the reporting.

When Send Invoice is other party, should defult to the address and phone numbers entered. For children would just change parent name,.
Why not default the Send Invoice to Other Party with same names and address already, then just change what is different. For those of us who see children in adolescent, other party is parent. Only the name is different, address and phone numbers are the same. If it is a complete different party, easy to change, but > 95% of the time for a child therapist/psychologist it will be the parent as the other party. Seems silly to have to enter all that information twice. Had this in previous billing program for past 20 years, can't be hard to do.

Client Medication Field
Create a field under the client info tab where their current medications can be listed. It was also be amazingly helpful if the field could auto populate suggested medications if you started to type something in. I often don't know how to properly spell a medication, especially generics, and have to google it.

Ability to post payments to 0 balance client accounts
I would like to ability to post a payment on a client's account even if there is no outstanding balance. At times, client's pay me in advance but MyClient's plus does not allow us to post that without a number of extra steps (such as creating a 0 charge session with a payment).

Show which notes are locked/unlocked
When looking at a client's notes... under the "Select a Note" tab... somehow indicate which notes are locked and which are still open/editable.

Copy duplicate billing codes
When adding a new provider account, we want to copy all of the billing codes from an existing account to the new account. Some of the billing codes are duplicated because they are for different payers. Please allow us to copy duplicate codes.

When copying clients from one provider to another, allow progress notes and attachments to be copied also.

Autofill out-of-network Insurance Claim Setup form using Client Setup entries
Setting up an out-of-network claim for a client is very clumsy. Under the current setup, I must open a second instance of MCP (log on in a new tab), find the Client Setup screen for the client, and then go back to the Insurance Claim Setup screen to copy data intol the fields. Please, autofill this form using the data already entered in the Client Setup screen.

Searching by payer id number
It would be nice if we could search by the payer id number in addition to being able to search by the insurance company's name

Auto Save Documents in MCP
Please add auto-save feature. I have a clinician reporting that she has been "kicked out" of the log-in five times during the intake appointment this evening, having to start the document over each time. There seems to be a system error that is not maintaining her log-in, though that is a separate issue.
