  1. Page numbers on printed notes

    Currently, when I print progress notes, the pages are not numbered. It would be helpful to have the pages numbered as they print, so that they can be placed together if they come apart somehow.

  2. Option to print receipt for client payment before session is billed

    Currently, we can not print a receipt until the session is billed. It would be very helpful to be able to print a receipt for a clients copay before the session is billed, so that the receipt can show what session it is being applied to.

  3. Header overlaps notes

    When printing progress notes for a client, the header overlaps the session note sometimes. In this case, we have to change the margins drastically, resulting in lots of blank space at the top and bottom of the printed note.

  4. Ability to delete write offs on a date of service instead of deleting the full service date/line

    When a client has a balance due, and does not submit payment by the final statement we send, we write off the remaining amount as "bad debt". Sometimes, the client will pay months or even years later. It would be nice to be able to delete just the write off line, instead of deleting and re importing the full service line.

  5. Patient Transfer to New Provider

    Good afternoon! When transferring clients from one provider to another within the practice, none of the client attachments and tags transfer. The insurance information does, but you have to re-choose which company. Can it be fixed to have a full transfer to save the copy/paste and re-upload process. This would be awesome!

  6. Instead of just listing the date and the amount billed for a service, it would be helpful if you also included what the billing was for.

    For every charge billed to the practice, please include a description of the service and the time frame for the service that is being billed, i.e., Yearly renewal of MCP from Jan. 1, 2020 - Dec. 31, 2020.

  7. Access client setup screen while in session note

    It would be really great if we could have a "client info/setup" link we could open when doing session notes. Let me give you an example. Let's say I'm writing a session note and I want to jump back into the client info/setup screen for some reason..maybe to grab some info I wrote done in the little notes section of the client setup screen.. or maybe I need to pull up their intake file I've uploaded or any other document I've uploaded. Currently, I have to save the session note I'm working in, go out of the sessions notes area…

  8. Archive Authorizations

    It would be great if an authorization that is exhausted or expired could be ARCHIVED. The current choice is to keep the expired auth listed, but receive a notification every login that the auth has expired OR to delete it. The notifications for expired auths become very confusing. The authorization screen has multiple lines, I would think for the purpose of being able to save/view previous auths. This becomes pointless if they are constantly generating a notification of expiration. I prefer not to delete expired auths, as having a record of the them is very useful.

  10. I would like to receive automatic notification once other therapists have signed off on their notes and Supervisor signature is needed.

    Instead of having to received an email through Jituzu once notes have been signed by Supervisee, Myclientplus should send an automatic alert to Supervisor that note has been signed and Supervisor can now sign. Other programs offer this feature, and it would be a time saver.

  11. Reports for finacial,

    Have columns for client, billed, insurance paid, insurance allowed, client paid. date of session. This would help having everything in one report across. Have the option per a client or per an insurance company. the report you currently have has some of this but the same session is in 2 different places on same report based on insurance or client paid. It all needs to be in the same line item to be able to get an easy clear picture of what is going on.

  17. Add Location to Invoice Clients and Insurance

    With telehealth on the verge of becoming standard operating procedure at this moment, it might be a great time to consider adding the POS (location code) to the Invoice Clients and Insurance screen in MCP.

  18. I would like the treatment plans utilizing the Wiley Treatment Planner to offer the option for three main goals/problems.

    Medicaid and other insurances require treatment plans with three goals and several objectives under each goal. I have not subscribed to the Wiley Treatment Planner because it only allows for one goal and the following objectives.
