  1. Adding Identifying Information to Automatic Emails from System

    In a group practice with multiple providers, if there is a problem with a payment method on file for an account, such as if a card has expired, when we get emails from the system alerting us to this, it is hard to distinguish which account is having the issue. Could we please add the account number to the emails we receive with the notification so we can more easily find the account with the problem and update it?

  2. End the Time-Out Feature

    The Time-Out feature requires a log in every time a new note needs to be added after a session. This is needlessly frustrating.

    I enter my notes after each 50-min session but have to log back in each time. If I am seeing seven people in a row, I have to do this seven times that day.

    Please find a way to enable us to turn off this feature temporarily when we have back to back clients and are entering notes after each session.

  3. Please remove the time-out feature on MCP

    Please remove the time-out feature on MCP. This feature interferes with telehealth sessions on Jituzu and disconnects the session. This is disruptive to the therapeutic process and requires time to log back into MCP, reload the telehealth session and reconnect with the client. I have been disconnected multiple times during a session and finally discovered what was happening. This is inconvenient.

  4. Clients have one diagnosis at a time, 99.99% of the time

    Diagnosis is essentially always static, usually one per client. Might need secondary diagnosis sometimes. The diagnosis belongs on the client page. It might be necessary to be able to override that on a per session basis, but that's really unusual.

  5. Way, way too many clicks to schedule.

    It should take 3 clicks to schedule a session: 1 to select the start time, 1 to get the client drop down, 1 to pick the client. Everything else should default. We do this ALL THE TIME. Clients essentially always get the same type of session, same provider, same communication defaults. Make this simple for the 99% case, and have a way to change it if the defaults aren't right.

  8. Attaching PDF to a specific note

    I would really like to be able to attach a PDF to a session note. It is often helpful if clients have homework attached to a specific session or you do artwork in a session. Attaching a family tree / genealogy would also be great. I also handwrite my notes and would love to be able to scan and upload those.

  9. voice to text option

    Incorporating or allowing the use of a 3rd party software for voice to text on entering progress note information and treatment plans. The use of a Dragon-type software eliminates the need for duplicating hand written notes by typing them in after session. Read from notes into text - Boom!

  10. Ability to bill secondary insurance for two codes at once

    When a provider bills an office visit code plus an add-on psychotherapy code (such as 99213 and 90833), both codes need to be billed together for the claim to correctly process. When electronically billing a secondary insurance, MCP forces you to process each separately. I either have to do a corrected claim or mail the claims. Both services need to bill together.

  11. Ability to see why a claim was rejected

    I was excited to see changes to the balance dashboard, but surprisingly it did not provide me with the ability to see the reason why a claim was rejected. I find it increasingly frustrating not to be able to see information that is about my own practice. I do all of my own billing and should be able to see the reason without having to contact a MCP rep and wait a few days for an answer.

  12. Post payments to mulitple sessions without hitting save after each line item

    In version 1 when posting a check/payment, you had the option of moving between client sessions easily and then chose to close and post at the end rather than have to click and activate a single date of service and close that, move to the next, etc - that was SO much faster and easier to post payments. I have suggested it before, but I am sure there are many of us who would love to go back to that!

    We are a Yoga Therapist practice looking for a system such as yours to do for us what it does for PTs. Do you have plans to add that option or can I work with you to do so? We really need a tool to help manage our practice. We have thousands of students with this certification.

  16. referrals/new patient tracking

    We really need a way to add new referrals and track if all items needed as a new patient are completed (physician order received, new client paperwork received, evaluation completed, authorization completed, etc)

  17. Option to select providers, not just 1 or all

    It would be very helpful for group practices to be able to view the schedule for 2 or more providers. Currently, you can only view a single person or view the entire group. We have some families that each see different therapists and, at times, appointment coordination is requested or helpful. It's easy to get confused when you're trying to look at 2 different therapists schedules amongst 8 therapists (with all the individual colors of the provider and service type flags!).

    We don't use the "search availability" since there are too many times that things change too much from one…

  18. Additional Client info

    I made a suggestion a couple of years ago that I still would like to see implemented and both are related to the client setup:

    1) Quite often we need to put the subscriber's ss# in somewhere. It would be great if there was a field for this information.

    2) Dates of birth: It would also be great if the dob had "//" in the field and a uniform format, say mm/dd/yyyy. It would help with consistent data entry.

    Just saying.....again😍 like you guys don't have enough to do keeping up with government and insurance changes!!

  20. Field to enter Client copay/coinsurance information

    It would be helpful for front desk purposes if there were dedicated field(s) for posting the kind of information essential to people collecting payments from clients at appointment times, such as plan year beginning dates, deductibles, copays, coinsurance percentages and even the normal fee schedule amount when a deductible is not yet satisfied. Right now I think the only place available to lump this information, if allowed by your biller, is in the Client Notes field.
