I use TherapyNotes at a clinic I work at part time. (I use MC+ in my private practice.) TherapyNotes has a nice feature when the program times out due to inactivity. When I return to a progress note, for example, after an interruption and timing out, a window pops up and asks for my password when I move the cursor. After that, I am returned to the exact place in the note, or whatever I was doing in the program, where I was when it timed out. On MC+ a timing out requires reentering my user name and password. Then I am taken to the home page and have to navigate back to the note and the place in the note I was working on. That requires at least 7 more mouse clicks than TherapyNotes. Not the end of the world, but frustrating knowing it's not necessary.
