Copy Clients - Include Progress Notes and Attachments

When copying clients from one provider to another, allow progress notes and attachments to be copied also.

    We have a therapist doing evaluations and another doing the treatment. When copying client records, it would be GREAT to have the attachments copy automatically instead of having to download and then re-upload them in the new account.
