Showing Payor IDs Between "$" and "Calendar" when using "Active Clients List".
It would speed up posting payor payments if primary and secondary payor's "IDs" were shown between the "$" sign and the word "Calendar" when showing the client's name in the "Active Client's List". It would be useful and save time in other situations as well.

Ability to make a global 'change all' feature in Calendar
When making changes, have the option to make a "change all" feature as an option. We have 'delete all occurrences' but no change all as an option. Also, a search across all clinicians to see if a client exists.

getting lost in the wrong week on the calendar
It is easy to get lost in the wrong week on the calendar for two reasons. 1) Today's Date is only highlighted at the very top of the page. 2) There are so many appointment times due to the 15-minute increments that the highlighting is not visible when you scroll down to later in the day.
Suggestions: 1) Highlight the entire day including all the appointment times with a background color. 2) Give options to collapse the appointment times to hourly or choose hourly increments so we can see the entire day's appointments without scrolling. This would also solve the…

Online scheduling without the portal
I want the ability to use online scheduling without using the portal. I have non clients (like interns, colleague consults etc) that want to be able to schedule and the portal isn't a good fit for most of them.
Addiitonally I have no need for the website (already have one) or the billing part of the portal (actually my billing is a mess and I would never want to involve them!) It would be great if the interface were simpler, not requiring complicated registration and anyone I want can use for scheduling or web conferencing.

Would Like to send a link to video conference to both email and text message.
Want to be able to click on individual appointments on the calendar and have a button to send a link to the patient's email or cell phone at any given time so they don't have to log into their portal. Our patients have had issues logging into their portal because they have forgotten their username or password. Many try to click on the initial invite link which won't work once you have created an account. There are just so many instructions it is difficult for them to remember. Show client balance due on appointment page
When making an appointment for a client, show the client's balance due on the appointment page instead of having to click over to the client contact page to see the balance due.

Need to clarify wording when client entering relationship to insured
In Jituzu, when client enters their relationship to the insured it is worded "Policy holder's relation to client:" This will be confusing for when the client is a child, including an adult child insured under a parent's insurance as there is no option for "Parent" which would be the correct answer the way it is worded. I was filling this out for a client, so I knew to put in "Child" instead of "other" because of how it will transfer to MC+. It should probably be worded "Client's relationship to policy holder."

client schedule in their own time zone
I have clients in different time zones. currently, they see availability in my time zone and are required to make the change themselves for hours ahead/behind.
Let's have Jituzu show availability in user time zone: user friendly, less confusion, less missed appts.

Multiple cameras
I would like to have the option to incorporate a second camera to toggle back and forth for use in Sand Tray therapy and other Play Therapy modalities. Additionally, this could allow multiple users (for supervision, couple/family sessions, or family in multiple locations) and would be a great way to expand capabilities.

Larger lettering in the email section
I'm wondering if there is a way to make the print larger in the email section. These old eyes are struggling!!! :-) Thank you!
Also - i forgot to say that one thing I DO love in 2.0 is the ability to navigate all information about a person without having to go into another area and put their name in again...

Send jituzu emails and folders to Myclientsplus
I need to save client’s emails as documentation. I do create folders but the folder list is getting too long and not in alphabetical order. This will become a nightmare as clients become inactive and I have to keep the folder for 7 years. Please develop a way that I can more the email or folder over to the client’s record.

Tracking appointment movement
It would be SOOOOOOO helpful to have administrative permissions to be able to track the movement of a client's appointment and be able to see who has moved/canceled/deleted the appointments and when or to at least be able to see who the last person that modified it is.

Ability to confirm or cancel while message is still talking.
I have had clients tell me they cancelled but I didn’t receive the message. Tried it out myself and discovered that if you hit the number for cancel before the message has finished talking it didn’t register. Since on most automated calls that I receive at home, you can hit the number any time during the message and it registers, I think people assume that.

sending eob's to secondary insurance.
Sending EOB's to secondary insurance: If there is a service that is an add on code such as 90785, when the EOB's come back to MCP from the primary insurance for the 90785 that was add on to the 90837 session you cant send them to the secondary insurance together as one claim, you have to send one code and then the other because of the way MCP is set up. We get rejections from secondary payers because the add on code comes in separate instead of with the session it belongs with.

copy insurance carrier and attached documents when copying client files to another therapist.
- When copying clients from one therapist to another, the insurance does not copy (card numbers do, just not carrier) and it should.
- Things uploaded to the paper clip for each client should also copy.

Default videoconferencing option
During the Covid pandemic all my appointments are done via videoconferencing. I would like to be able, perhaps in my profile or in defining my hours, to elect to have all appointments default to videoconferencing to prevent my having to go into each appointment individually and select this button.
