Want to be able to click on individual appointments on the calendar and have a button to send a link to the patient's email or cell phone at any given time so they don't have to log into their portal. Our patients have had issues logging into their portal because they have forgotten their username or password. Many try to click on the initial invite link which won't work once you have created an account. There are just so many instructions it is difficult for them to remember. If you forget your username I don't think it gives you the option to reset it. Just your password if I'm not mistaken.
