Archive Authorizations
It would be great if an authorization that is exhausted or expired could be ARCHIVED. The current choice is to keep the expired auth listed, but receive a notification every login that the auth has expired OR to delete it. The notifications for expired auths become very confusing. The authorization screen has multiple lines, I would think for the purpose of being able to save/view previous auths. This becomes pointless if they are constantly generating a notification of expiration. I prefer not to delete expired auths, as having a record of the them is very useful.

I would like to be able to do therapist pay rate by date of service not by payment received .
We pay our therapist for the sessions they complete and often this happens prior to the receiving payment.

Invoice by insurance company
I would love to be able to run an invoice for a group of clients that are within the same insurance company. We currently see patients through a home health agency so the invoice goes to the agency and not the individual client; therefore, several clients are on the invoice to the agency. We have the agencies listed as paper insurance companies so we could run the invoice for a specific company would be very helpful.

Sessions timing out feature
I use TherapyNotes at a clinic I work at part time. (I use MC+ in my private practice.) TherapyNotes has a nice feature when the program times out due to inactivity. When I return to a progress note, for example, after an interruption and timing out, a window pops up and asks for my password when I move the cursor. After that, I am returned to the exact place in the note, or whatever I was doing in the program, where I was when it timed out. On MC+ a timing out requires reentering my user name and password. Copy duplicate billing codes
When adding a new provider account, we want to copy all of the billing codes from an existing account to the new account. Some of the billing codes are duplicated because they are for different payers. Please allow us to copy duplicate codes.

Searching by payer id number
It would be nice if we could search by the payer id number in addition to being able to search by the insurance company's name

Blank Template Stored Preferences
I would like to have single spaced progress notes and would like to use the general note that is fully blank (I add my own stuff).

Show session date on credit card payment screen
Every time I charge a credit card, I must enter the session date in the two Notes fields in the credit card payment screen. If I don't do that, the patient gets an email for a charge with no session date. Please automate this and save us a great deal of data entry.

Remove aging on an account
We have problems with clients getting angry when they receive a statement showing the aging as it shows aging from the date of service versus the date we start sending statements after insurance paid the claim.

Increase Supervisor Abilities
It would be very helpful if the following were available for Supervisors:
- When an Intern/Resident completes a note, there should be a mechanism for them to submit the note for approval to the Supervisor.
- The Supervisor should then receive an indicator that there are notes that need to be approved.
- The Supervisor should then have the ability to approve or reject the Intern/Resident note.
- If the note is rejected, the Supervisor should have the ability to send corrections and comments in some format back to the Intern/Resident for correction.
- At that point, the Intern/Resident should then be able to receive…

Reports for amounts actually paid per session
In practice facts & statistics, I'd like to be able to see not just the average charge per session, but the average amount that is actually PAID by insurance/client.

Include DOS on client by ins report
Include last DOS on client by insurance company report so we can identify most current clients ... even better include last DOS and make it so we can sort the columns by DOS date

Client Statements Clarification
I retired from the insurance business. I am not aware of any providers who do not require "payment at time of service". True, most are lenient, especially when "Patient Responsibility" is known and provider/client agreements have been established. The provider I bill for and I, loose much time trying to help her understand the statements produced with "MyClientsPlus" software. She loses much therapy time trying to explain these statements to clients and, at times, has refunded payments, (thinking they were overpayments} when they were not. Ability to sort Authorized Insurance Sessions Report
Would like to be able to sort the Authorized Insurance Sessions report by expiration date of the expiration, so that authorizations with sessions left that are nearing their expiration date don't fall through the cracks.

Posting Insurance Payments
I don't know if this has already been posted but when I back out of an insurance payment, I cannot just go back in and start where I left off. It gives me error messages when everything is correct. So I have to delete the entire payment and put it back in.

Question re recent hacking of insurance companies and no payments reports for the last several months .
How does recent hacking of insurance companies effect MC+? I have not received notice of payments
for several months except Western Sky.

Claims Related to Cyber Attack Not Yet Paid
Hello. Can't find a direct contact email option.
I am trying to keep track of what's happening with claims that were affected by cyberattack. Still appears they have not gone through and over 1200.00 worth at this point. I left a message in the voicemail with no call back as of yet. Please contact me to let me know where things stand and if I should be doing anything different.
