  3. Posting Insurance Payments

    I don't know if this has already been posted but when I back out of an insurance payment, I cannot just go back in and start where I left off. It gives me error messages when everything is correct. So I have to delete the entire payment and put it back in.

  4. Question re recent hacking of insurance companies and no payments reports for the last several months .

    How does recent hacking of insurance companies effect MC+? I have not received notice of payments
    for several months except Western Sky.
    This is not a great forum for solving my problem. Could you install a chat line if not a telephone number?

  5. Claims Related to Cyber Attack Not Yet Paid

    Hello. Can't find a direct contact email option.
    I am trying to keep track of what's happening with claims that were affected by cyberattack. Still appears they have not gone through and over 1200.00 worth at this point. I left a message in the voicemail with no call back as of yet. Please contact me to let me know where things stand and if I should be doing anything different.

    Hello,
    My records show that I am subscribed to 50 or fewer claims monthly for $12.50/mo. My account shows a monthly fee of $29 + tax per month. Why is my credit card being charged $41.50/mo?   8. Client Status - addition of ARCHIVE option

    Within the Client Setup page the Client Status can be selected as either Active or Inactive. It would helpful to add a third status category, perhaps called "Archive". Clients could be moved to this category if they will not be seen again (e.g. single consult meeting, client moves, dies, etc.). This will de-clutter the Inactive status category, within which clients who are seen only periodically may be moved. In turn, this would declutter the Active status category so that only those attending regular, recurrent sessions will be kept. In sum, you'd have: Active = active clients, Inactive = periodic/infrequent clients,…

  9. LLMSW/LMSW Signatures

    The system needs to allow notes to be signed as LLMSW when someone is an LLMSW and when they become an LMSW, allow them to sign as an LMSW. As of now, the system overrides all notes to read what is currently set in the system. HUGE problem!

  10. Adding the Session Note Icon to Invoice Clients and Insurance Screen

    When migrating client sessions from Jituzu into MCP, any session note (not progress note) written in Jituzu is transferred along with it at that same time. Once in MCP, you can retrieve that session note by visiting Daily Activity >> Client Sessions and then choosing the date in question.
    If a session note was added in Jituzu to a specific session, MCP will display an icon that resembles a white clipboard (not to be confused with icon of the progress note clipboard) at that screen. By clicking the 'file folder' adjacent to the icon, you can review any corresponding session…

  11. Adding Identifying Information to Automatic Emails from System

    In a group practice with multiple providers, if there is a problem with a payment method on file for an account, such as if a card has expired, when we get emails from the system alerting us to this, it is hard to distinguish which account is having the issue. Could we please add the account number to the emails we receive with the notification so we can more easily find the account with the problem and update it?

    I made a suggestion a couple of years ago that I still would like to see implemented and both are related to the client setup:

    1) Quite often we need to put the subscriber's ss# in somewhere. It would be great if there was a field for this information.

    2) Dates of birth: It would also be great if the dob had "//" in the field and a uniform format, say mm/dd/yyyy. It would help with consistent data entry.

    Just saying.....again😍 like you guys don't have enough to do keeping up with government and insurance changes!!

  15. Correct Total Number of Sessions show in Practice Stats

    I typically have clients that require an "add-on code" each session/day because they have more than one procedure during one visit. However, that is then counted as a separate session in the Practice Stats. I have to manually count how many patients I saw that day to confirm against my sign-in software. It would be great if the "Total Number of Sessions" under the Practice Stats would accurately reflect how many individuals were in my office on that day.

  18. Statements and Invoices - Detail needed

    when running invoices/statements due to current activity. Many times just the 'balance forward' information shows. I have to go in and individually re-create the statement/invoice, and confidential trash the one that printed from the daily activity. We need a way to chose how many months show on the daily billing runs when it is going to the client.

  19. Need additional spots for DX codes

    With changes in insurance company requirements for chiropractic billing, I need to be able to add more than 4 diagnosis codes per visit. Can you please allow space for more? I know we are allowed up to 12 for auto accident case.

  20. Please create an emergency access process

    WE are a group practice with therapist working through the weekend. My Clients Plus became inaccessible Thursday evening just after 7 pm and there is no one to contact to try to get it fixed. This is pretty much the last straw!!!!!!!!!!! Your system is steadily getting less and less reliable!!!!!
