Reports for finacial,
Have columns for client, billed, insurance paid, insurance allowed, client paid. date of session. This would help having everything in one report across. Have the option per a client or per an insurance company. the report you currently have has some of this but the same session is in 2 different places on same report based on insurance or client paid. It all needs to be in the same line item to be able to get an easy clear picture of what is going on.
