'CLIENT ALERT'
It would be very efficient and helpful if there were a 'Client Alert' option somewhere that if activated the alert comes up whenever and wherever (Jituzu or MCP) you click on a client's name, every time, until the subject of the alert is resolved. The alert would have a date and time stamp and the name of who initiated the alert. There would be some kind of red "A" or * or something that signifies something needs to be addressed ASAP. Payment received prompt
My patients who pay on their phones are frustrated that there's no payment received notification on the screen. They often hit pay multiple times because there's nothing that indicates it has gone through. Please add a pop up or something that says the payment was posted. Thank you!

Mac OSX Safari Support for Teleconference
Our offices uses Apple computers, which leaves us FaceTime as an option for teleconferencing. Are there plans for making the teleconference feature work on Safari?

Mulitple Providers
For a multi provider schedule would be easier to see, if you had a each provider listed per line instead of seeing each day of the week see each provider for that day and if you needed another day select on day on calander and would bring up the day and not the week

Availability Option
when selecting appointment from Availability, have it go the appointment so you can enter all the client information. The way it works now is you select appointment and it stays on the availability screen. then you have to find the appt you just made to enter information. too cumbersome.

In App, No Split Between Active and Inactive Clients
Please make it where in the App for Jituzu, it lists only Active Clients instead of all the clients. We have over 1500 clients in our list, and when you need to scroll down to SMITH (for example) it takes a long time. It would be much easier if we could only scroll thru the Active clients.

Instant option for the deposit of funds
Typically it takes up to 14days for deposits to hit our account. It would be great to have an instant option, even if it is at a higher fee.

Need a section where you can put BOTH parents emails and cell phone numbers in the client's account!
There needs to be a section where you can put BOTH parents names, emails and cell numbers in the client's account. Make one parent the primary parent and the 2nd parent to be contacted in case you can't get a hold of the primary parent.

Alphabetize/organize services in drop down menu
We have a number of services and they all show up in the drop down menu in the order they were entered - it's a LONG list now and would be so helpful if it were alphabetized or we could customize the order of services to organize them without deleting and re-entering everything. Please!

My feed back is that it has too many gliches
We wont let me add mulitple to a group time slots for one and half hour block but will the second hour. It will not allow to make members in the first block recurrent but will the second group block . This makes the program of limited utility and I will probably stop using it.

More detailed reports
In Reports in Jituzu I need to be able to filter the detailed reports by therapist to better help me reconcile income (I know I can do this in MyClientsPlus but it does not account for credit card fees) for our contracted therapist.
Also, it would be much more helpful to be able to clearly see which transactions are involved in each deposit to our checking account. Sometimes there are transactions that come before a deposit that are not involved in the deposit so I'm having do calculations to determine which transactions are in which deposits so I can reconcile…

It appears that Jitzuzu is no longer workable, since it errors out after every charge. When will this be fixed?
Fix Jitzuzu so it does not error out.It is VERY frustrating!

Would like the option of sending an FYI the day or even an hour before an appointment. No option for this.
No option to send an FYI the day before or even hours before an appointment. One patient told me they would like to have a reminder the morning of their appointment. He has ADHD so he forgets everything.
