Include Comments on printed Day View
On the Calendar view, you can choose to View Day to see all appointments for the day. When viewing on screen you can see the first line of Comments from the Client record and therefore see the amount of any copay. This info is NOT included when the Day View is printed. I use the printed list to be sure to collect copays. Can that info be included on the printed report?

Add the client set up note to the app
Since everything is on the go right now, we would like to be able to see the client set up note in the app as well. That is where we list emergency contacts.

Easy Access to Telehealth
I would like to be able to send a link by email to clients that would allow them to connect to the teleconferencing app more like Zoom. I would also like to be able to include multiple clients on one teleconference (blended families would benefit from this).

include a column on CSV File to include "Subject/focus of contact" from template library/progress notes
include a column on CSV File to include "Subject/focus of contact" from template library/progress notes. This allows a different letter to be sent to clients with their particular issue, i.e. grief, marital conflict, etc.

Maybe there is a way to do this but all clients have had trouble figuring out where to click to stop the telehealth session.
I would just like to see a clear button like we can see on our end to start the conference since all of my clients this week I’ve had trouble and needed to call me to ask where they click to start the telehealth session. The only thing that they can see is the calendar and the little blue video camera icon which is not clear that that’s how they start the conference. Attaching documents to an email through the inbox of the Jituzu app.
The Jituzu app should be able to attach documents through the app. After confirming with support, the only way a client can attach a picture or a document is using an internet browser. At this time, they can only use the app for video conferencing and emailing (with no way of adding attachments.)

Jituzu merchant payment should go directly in the MCP account
Jituzu payments in the merchant account should show up automatically on MCP account. As it stands now the biller only knows about the jituzu merchant payment if I take the extra step and add it to the account information in jituzu. It seems like an unnecessary step and if I forget to do it, the biller doesn't see that the payment was made.

Allow the ability to send messages and share files in videoconferencing. It would also be helpful to have a waiting area.

I accidentally canceled a client appointment.
It would be great if we could reverse a mistakenly canceled or deleted client appointment. I can't even find who I deleted.

Ability to Draft an Email to Save and Send Later
I would like to be able to draft and save an email to a Drafts folder to be sent later. Alternately, the ability to draft the email and schedule it to send at a specific time.

Client Waiting List for New Clients
I would like to have a waiting list for new clients. For this waiting list, I would like for the list to be prioritized by date of contact. I would also like to have a place to enter their phone number and email address and a place for notes so that I can jot down a summary of the conversation.

I would like for there to be an option for clients to be able to attach a picture of the front and back of their insurance card to their intake form.

Client Portal: Approval of Scheduled Appointments
I want to make sure that I receive a notification when a client schedules an appointment and that I am required to approve it before it is added to the schedule. I would like to receive a text and email reminder to approve the appointment times. I would also like the client to receive notification that they have submitted a request for an appointment but that it has to be approved by me before it has been officially scheduled. Once I approve the appointment, I would like the client to receive a message stating that the appointment has been approved.

Client Portal: More Control for Therapist with Client Scheduling
I would like to be able to set up specific blocks of time when clients can schedule appointments on their own. Currently, when there is an opening, clients can schedule an appointment at any 15-minute interval the time slot that is open. I don't want that to be an option for clients because it could cause scheduling confusion for me if it is not the usual time that I see clients. I would like to set up the exact time slots that clients can schedule appointments. For example, only on the hour or at 10:15am etc.

Auto Accident choice on client session
When a client is being seen due to an auto accident, I have to recheck the box at every session, as well as enter the state in which the accident occurred. It would be helpful if those fields would save from the previous session, similarly to the way the first session date and initial treatment date save over from the previous session. Once the client is done being treated for the auto accident, then it can be changed to no and will stay that way moving forward.
