  1. Show time-stamps in tele-therapy logs

    Within the client files, show when therapists and clients logged in and out of tele-therapy sessions. That way, if the client was late, we can see that it was a timing issue as opposed to a connection issue.

  2. Turn off reminders completely

    Right now it is only possible to pause reminders. When entering a new appointment, the Send Reminder box is checked by default. That leaves question marks on the calendar and constant error messages if a phone number is not entered for reminders. Please allow for reminders to completely turned off with the Send Reminder box unchecked.

  3. Showing Payor IDs Between "$" and "Calendar" when using "Active Clients List".

    It would speed up posting payor payments if primary and secondary payor's "IDs" were shown between the "$" sign and the word "Calendar" when showing the client's name in the "Active Client's List". It would be useful and save time in other situations as well.

  4. Reminders come from different phone numbers

    Clients complain that reminders come from a different number every time, and they don't always know it's from our agency so they've cancelled by mistake. We need a message as to who it is from or at least consistency in the number it's sent from.

  5. Delete old credit card on patient profile, either in MCP or Jituzu

    It seems like the only way to remove an old credit card number is to enter a dummy session with a fake charge and then delete the credit card from the Jituzu payment screen (or do so when you are entering the new credit card). It would be more convenient if I could just go to the patient's profile on either Jituzu or MCP to add, update, and delete credit cards.

    Right now, we can see pending outbound reminders. I would also like to see when reminders were sent out and if they were delivered (vs bounced back).

  7. Ability to make a global 'change all' feature in Calendar

    When making changes, have the option to make a "change all" feature as an option. We have 'delete all occurrences' but no change all as an option. Also, a search across all clinicians to see if a client exists.

  9. Multiple profiles

    Often clients will create 2 or 3 profiles if they forget their ID or password. This messes up accurate appointment tracking because each profile may have appointments recorded. It also creates multiple accounts in My Clients Plus which messes with billing and accurate balance tracking. This might be solved by allowing clients to reset their ID and/or password and perhaps sending them hints.

  10. I would like to be able to invite current clients from the appointment screen to the portal

    I would like to be able to invite current clients to the portal from the appointment screen in Jituzu. Currently there isn’t convenient way to invite existing current clients

  11. Change text confirmation to simpler entry

    Clients have complained that the current system should be simpler to confirm an appointment. It might be easier to text a Y for yes or N for no than a number. Clients should also receive a message asking if they are sure they want to cancel when they enter that response.

  12. Be able to duplicate the information on a profile to another new profile for other family members.

    When I schedule for several family members, I have to re enter all the duplicate information. If the new screen would pop up with a new profile that included every thing except name, DOB, gender. *Any information that would chanè with a different family member.

  13. I would like to have the calendar show me how many scheduled appointments that client has left.

    If I have scheduled a client for 20 sessions, when they have 2 or three left if I knew they were ending, I could sechedule more. Now if I don’t think it up others can schedule on the portable and my original client has no appointment. Just a red number by their name in calendar would be most excellent.

  15. Keep mobile calendar open and auto refresh.

    I have the mobile calendar open throughout the day as I am doing therapy. I frequently need to update the calendar when patients ask to schedule or change an appointment.

    When I go to the calendar, it is usually auto-logged out so I must go through the tedious process of logging back in. I would prefer to keep the app open, but would settle for fingerprint or 4-digit passcode login.

    Even if the app is still logged in, it does not refresh. Please provide swipe-down refreshing or updating in the background.

  16. remind clients that they owe money

    I would love to have a way to remind all clients that they have balance. I know they are prompted when I send it to billing but if they don't pay it right then they might forget. I can print statements in my clients plus but I would love to have a way to click a button and it sends a reminder to all clients that they owe money.

  17. bug: Can't delete one instance of recurring appointment on Android app

    If I try to delete an instance of a recurring appointment on the Android app, I get a blank appointment form. Clicking on the trash can leads to a window with a Dismiss button. Pressing that goes nowhere. This is a bug.

  19. getting lost in the wrong week on the calendar

    It is easy to get lost in the wrong week on the calendar for two reasons. 1) Today's Date is only highlighted at the very top of the page. 2) There are so many appointment times due to the 15-minute increments that the highlighting is not visible when you scroll down to later in the day.

    Suggestions: 1) Highlight the entire day including all the appointment times with a background color. 2) Give options to collapse the appointment times to hourly or choose hourly increments so we can see the entire day's appointments without scrolling. This would also solve the…
